Amazing Service at Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande! We had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande. After finishing our meal, we went outside and discovered that my mom and stepdad's car had a dead battery. The manager, Saul, along with several others, immediately stepped in to help. They spent quite a while trying to jump the car, and after several attempts, they finally got it started! We were incredibly grateful for how patient and willing everyone was to help. While we were waiting, my daughter Ellie was able to paint at their paint station and even build her own ice cream sundae, all complimentary. They also refilled her drink before we left and gave us three bottles of water for the road. It's one thing to receive great service during a meal, but the kindness we received after our meal was already over really stood out. Saul and the team could have simply wished us luck, but instead they stayed outside and worked together until they got us back on the road. I was in Casa Grande visiting for the afternoon and decided to have lunch here. We were seated fairly quickly and the restaurant seem busy. I ordered a 11 ounce sirloin sweet potatoes and a Caesar salad salad. I also try their new mozzarella sticks. The ambience was casual typical roadhouse. The mozzarella sticks were just OK. They were fresh. The steak was cooked perfect. The sweet potatoes were quite good and the Caesar salad was legit overall we had good service by our waitress. One of our good go to's. Been going to many locations for many years. Went to this location a few months ago and although the service was fine the food was not. Steaks were bland and the shrimp were very salty. We are not comfortable with sending food back, I know what goes on in kitchens, so they had a bad day. Went again this week. We ordered a shrimp appetizer , never received it. I ordered steak medium, came out raw, I sent it back, came back again raw. My husband is now done eating. I said to box the steak up I will take it home and cook it my self. Manager took $11 off the bill but they also charged us for the shrimp we never got. As a apology they gave us a coupon for a free specific appitizer (not anything we would eat of course) and the coupon is expired. Guess we are done with Texas Roadhouse. November 2nd is my birthday, and my family took here for my birthday. The service was amazing, very friendly, professional, and courteous. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and is a beautiful place, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very uncomfortable. One of the first things my family and I noticed was the seating arrangement. We observed that many of the Black and Latino customers were being seated in what appeared to be one particular section/corner, while the surrounding areas were predominantly occupied by white customers. It was noticeable enough that even my family members pointed it out to each other. I cannot speak to the restaurant's intentions or say for certain why the seating was arranged this way, but as a customer, it felt extremely uncomfortable and unsettling to see such a noticeable racial pattern in where people were being seated. No one should walk into a restaurant and feel like they are being separated or treated differently because of their race or ethnicity. The atmosphere itself was nice, but this experience completely changed how comfortable we felt being there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into how customers are being seated so that everyone feels equally welcomed and respected. Also, the food was mid. Overall experience, I wouldn't want to come here, especially when there's a lot of racist people. read more

Mixed experience. Our server was excellent, very personable, eager to serve. The restaurant atmosphere was typical for Roadhouse- loud and energetic. The food was dud. I ordered Mac and cheese, sad to say Kraft in a box was better. Pulled pork sandwich came with unappetizing presentation. Cherry tomatoes on the salads were very unripe. My blue cheese salad dressing was not much better than a dressing in the little packets. Would I go back, probably, but I know what not to order. read more

Ordered a small fillet medium rare. They asked me to cut it to make sure it was good. A bit too rare, they returned and went through the same drill. Queenie was my server. One of best! I travel here often for work, and they actually remembered me after just one visit. that says a lot about how much they care about their guests. Our server was delightful. Very charming and efficient. The salads were very good, the sides were fine except for the corn which was loaded with black pepper. The ribs were subpar. I realize that it was Father's Day and that it was super busy. We called two hours ahead of time we were seated right away. It took a long time for our food to come out and when it did, it was dried out like it had been sitting under lamps for quite a while the fries were so salty that they were not edible. They did offer to replace it, but we had already waited almost an hour for our food to come out so there was no way we were gonna wait for them to replace it. We were seated right away. We had the best waiter I've had in a long time. His name is Eric and joked right along with us. I kept calling him Mark to try and to trip him up but he went with it. We've never been to this location, but since we were in Casa Grande for a basketball tournament, we decided to give it a go. We had a party of 5, all ordered steaks and I ordered the prime rib. My husband's steak came out well done, even though he ordered medium rare. My son's order didn't even get put in. So three of us sat and ate while two didn't get their meal until we had finished. They ended up boxing up their meals to go because everyone had already eaten. Very disappointing! The manager came over and "apologized", very annoyed. Needless to say we won't be back. I've given Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande multiple chances, and unfortunately this is now the third time my steak order has been wrong. All of these orders were to-go, so I didn't realize the issues until I got back to work and opened the food. The first issue was with a Fort Worth Ribeye. What I received was extremely thin and tough--nothing like a ribeye. It closely resembled a Roadkill steak, which is completely unacceptable given the price and what was ordered. Another visit, I ordered a fully loaded sweet potato and received a plain one instead--no marshmallows, no cinnamon, nothing. A smaller issue, but still a clear miss. The most serious and recurring problem is steak doneness. I consistently order medium-rare. On two separate occasions, I was given steaks that were rare, with a significant portion of the meat being purple and raw. This wasn't a matter of preference--it was unsafe and inedible. The most recent time was especially disappointing because it was purchased with a gift card, and the exact same issue happened again. At a steakhouse, properly cooking a medium-rare steak should be basic. After multiple mistakes across different visits, I can't justify giving this location another chance. Consistency and quality control are clearly lacking, especially for to-go orders. read more

My family stopped in here for my son's 23rd birthday, we had such a wonderful time! This was our first time at this particular location, we just moved to Arizona City and I was excited there was a Texas Roadhouse so close to us. The service was absolutely top notch, the manager even stopped by to make sure we were happy, she wished my son a happy birthday. We all ordered our favorite steaks and sides, and we were VERY happy with the results. Every bite meleted in our mouths. We love the ambiance here, it is so much fun! Do not order a Burger at this place. I heard 4 other complaints just like mine. Burnt to a crisp even after ordering Medium Rare. Pulled pork was Fatty and cold served on one of their table buns and as soaked with fat juice. Fries were cold and grease soaked. I complained and got a $5 discount for an inedible $77 dollar meal. Great waitresses who look like they actually love their jobs, as opposed to some of the other Texas Roadhouses where the staff wear the shirts that say they love their jobs but their expressions reflect anything but joy. I would not recommend this restaurant for a first date. Some people make insulting accusations. My son went and was accused of doing inappropriate things for having his hands under the table. Manager Jessica asked him to put his hands on the table because of a complaint from another guest. This situation was wrongfully handled!! Manager Jessica humiliated my son. My son remained polite and respectful, he even still paid for his meal even though the manager Jessica falsely accused him of being inappropriately touching himself during a dinner date. Visiting family in Coolidge AZ and sister in law wanted to eat here. The service was great. They even handled the unpleasant finding of hair in loaded mashed potatoes with grace and did not charge for that meal. The score is mainly for food. The rolls were hot, tasty and plentiful. Minus the mashed potatoes, sister in law enjoyed her meal immensely. Hubby got the grilled chicken and found it almost inedible with how salty it was. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger medium rare. When I cut it, it was brown. Not medium rare. I did not send back because it was really busy and I did not want to wait another 30+ minutes to get another burger. For a steak place, how do you mess up a burger order. I offered the burger to my dogs later that evening and they turned up their nose to it. That's bad. My friend is handicap on a walker so I asked serenity for a table close by and she insisted that we go around the corner to set and wait. when I explained that my friend only needs to sit down one time, couldn't we sit in the one of the 20 empty tables she got loud and obnoxious and informed me there were no servers. I said we don't need a server we just like to sit and visit. So she informed me that by the time the server was available they wouldn't be able to wait on us.
