Came in on a Wednesday after my nephew got out of school. There were a few people inside. We walked up to the register & order right away. Staff was friendly which was a woman working the cash register & man in back cooking. My nephew said his wings were perfect and hot. My pizza and wings were filling. I'm giving this business a lot of grace for two reasons: - I'm a 30year fan of Long Wongs chicken wings - the business owner polled the town to determine which franchise to open and we really needed a good wing place I've ordered three times from this business since they opened. There are some good things and some room for improvement. What they do well is wings. They are medium-sized, cooked perfectly and in many, many flavors and heat levels. From this location, I've tried Buffalo (mild, medium and hot), honey sriracha, lemon pepper, and garlic parm. All delicious! And I'm looking forward to trying more! And my husband loves the option of ordering all drummettes. The pizza was decent. Let's level-set - if you want really good pizza, go to an Italian restaurant. If you need to feed hungry kids or a bunch of peeps drinking beer and watching games, this is a good option. We also tried the fried mushrooms. I was surprised at the container they used. It was a paper sack, torn open to release steam. So in a take out situation, they fell out of the bag. They were still in the bottom of the plastic bag, so I threw them in the air fryer to reheat/recrisp and they were fine. Where they really need help is getting their website set up for ordering by phone. They have you use the menus from the Scottsdale or Chandler stores-- options and prices are different. And the people who took our orders desperately need training. Really, it was painful. But, I'm an optimist. Employees will get more comfortable with the menu. Posting online menus can't be that hard to do. They will figure out how to pack food. And they will always have yummy wings. read more

Ordered a large supreme pizza, large pepperoni pizza and two sides ( 18 wings and fried mushrooms). Total was $65 which I think is on average with other pizza places. Was unable to call in ahead of time. They turned off the phone. When I walked in, it didn't seem busy enough to have the phone off. But they are still new and probably trying to get use to the rushes. Today was also game day, so that may have contributed. Now for food! I got there at 7. Walked out at 7:40. Everything was tasty! I ordered form Long Wong's Casa Grande for the first and last time today. First of all, they tried to charge me almost double what I actually ended up having to pay they had to ring my order up three times to get it correct. When I did get my food, I was missing two items that I had to ask for and wait another 10 minutes for them to be cooked and when I got home and opened up all of my boxes, what I saw was absolutely ridiculous!! Never ever again will I order food from this place and I would never send anyone over there to get anything. My burger had one drop of mayonnaise on it. One slice of bacon and four slices of mushroom on the deluxe cheeseburger with bacon and mushroom my husband's polish sausage, turned out to be a hotdog and they charged $1.50 for onions and $1.50 for mustard to be added to the hotdog. The mushrooms and zucchini were burnt and tasted awful. I should've just cooked dinner at home like I had originally planned. walked in just a couple minutes before 8:00pm only took about 3-4 minutes to put our order in (only one person was ahead of us, and one online order came through after we put our order in) our food didn't start coming out until 8:39pm and the last of our food came out at 8:44pm. Wasn't amazed! I had big expectations! I was really looking forward to a great burger. I ordered the California burger, my husband ordered suicide wings with zucchini and onion rings and the kids got chicken nugget meals. He pointed to signs when I asked about sauces, sizes etc. There was an up charge for credit card and when I asked why he didn't tell me before I paid he pointed to another sign that I hadn't seen. Went to the only restroom there to wash my hands and the only two soap containers were empty. We were the only ones there on Tuesday night at dinner time. We ordered the honey hot and garlic and pepper wings to go. Both were very good and it only took about 25 minutes.

The food was really good there and the meal I chose was very affordable. I would definitely recommend you try this place out.
