The wife and I were super hungry after shopping at the Farmers Market. We debated In & Out or Whataburger? I wanted Whataburger because their patties are bigger. I wish I had went to In & Out. I ordered a Double Meat burger and Chris ordered a Jr Burger meal. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and as soon as I returned to my table, they delivered my food. Ok, there's no way my food was prepared fresh with our food delivered so quickly. My burger was only warm with barely melted cheese. The meat looked old and the patties were dry. It looked like an old piece of cheese was on the bottom patty. I'm guessing there was cheese on a patty in the warmer and they added fresh cheese in between that and the extra patty for my double. When did they start placing cooked patties in a warmer? I thought their burgers were made fresh to order! This was the worst tasting and looking burger I had at any Whataburgers'! My wife's burger was no better. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see! read more

Goofy manager and his little attitude worker gave me the wrong buns on my boab. Then they had the audacity to complain that I was in wrong lane to pick up my order. Leave Whataburger in Texas these people don't know how to make it to its expectations. They didn't add my hash browns either. Drug test them people. read more

Love Whataburger. Traveled to Casa Grande AZ. Stayed at Quality Inn and Whataburger was next door. Place was clean. Got my Whataburger meal promptly and was met a young gentleman with a tray of condiments for my meal, thought that was cool. Way ro go Whataburger in Casa Grands AZ! read more

Great location for whataburger. We got great service and the apple turnover was nice and warm. Whataburger jr was just what we needed for a little snack on way to Austin. read more

This is one of the few places that haven't changed during all these years. The food is always on point. Big burgers, the service is nice and its always clean. Our daughter used to love McDonald's because of the happy meal but now that she is older she says we are Whataburger family. We have to drive about 25 miles to our closest one but we make a day out of it and go shopping around there. read more

Good location, right off I-10 for a quick on/off as you travel between Phoenix and Tucson. It is new, so its clean and modern. The employees are friendly and you always know what you can expect from a Whattaburger. read more

This was my first trip to this location, and it's been a minute since I had a Whataburger. The restaurant is new, and I appreciated the dedication of the staff to cleaning. I ordered two doubles to go and decided to throw in a chicken sandwich because the ads looked so good and assumed the Hubbs would enjoy it. They were fairly busy, and it ended up taking me a full 25 minutes from the time I parked until I got my order. Definitely not my definition of fast food. However, the staff were attentive and moving quickly. The burgers were everything I remembered and loved - I appreciated that they let me customize the order. However, the chicken sandwich was disappointing - it was not crispy at all, and the meat tasted processed. So, I will stick to the burgers in the future and check the parking lot situation before I opt to drive in again. read more

Came today for breakfast on the weekend and was pleased to admit everything was phenomenal. The food was fresh and warm. The service was amazing and quick. The workers were very jovial, smiling and welcoming. The team was communicative. The manager was cleaning. The music was very comforting from the front to the back Floors to the counters. Everything was clean. I definitely go back again on the weekend for breakfast again good job to the morning crew. Thank you for making my day. read more

Terrible slow service , the drive thru is a disaster. It should just be called " food " because there is nothing fast about it.

amazing service, it's clean inside as well, busy in the evening for the lunch rush but a little wait is worth it for the quality of food!

I was heading home from Spring Break with the family and we decided to try something the kids had never had! Boom.... Whataburger. More like "Whatabummer!" We waited nearly half an hour for our food and when my wife and I bit into our burgers a few miles down the road (after getting the kiddos situated with their meals), they weren't even lukewarm. They were cold. The fries were as well! I called and talked with the manager, Virginia, and politely mentioned that we had just been there and gave her our order number. I mentioned the wait time and that our food was cold and unfortunately we were miles down the road headed home without the ability to turn back. She said that without a receipt, there was nothing she could do. (I threw mine away in the store). She then went on to say that anybody could just call in and make a story up for free food. I spent $40. Waited 30 minutes. Was given cold food. Was told there was nothing that could be done. Was told that anybody could call to get free food. Overall, like I said, WHATABUMMER! read more

Although it was busy here, they did a good job of cleaning the tables as people left. Their breakfast taquitos were good but their breakfast bowl was absolutely disgusting and I couldn't eat it. If I knew that it was smothered in disgusting gravy then I would've left that off. Their hash brown sticks were dry and gross too. read more

1785 E Florence Blvd Casa Grande, AZ 85122 United States This particular Whataburger by Walmart used to be decent when they first opened just a few years ago, however the quality has diminished severely. Overpriced, paper thin and overcooked chicken sandwiches, room temperature fries, watered down beverages (even when you ask for no ice), usually forget or screw up 1 item in your order ( this is nothing new, this happens at every single fast food chain), less than enthusiastic staff (just there for a paycheck, screw the customers and thier orders) overflowing dumpsters, litter in the common areas (bushes & parking lot). Quality control is non existent and has been for years now, everywhere! You would think with the country falling apart people would take pride in their work and try to keep what remaining customers they have left, but I guess that's too much to ask for now. read more

I'm originally from Florida and I LOVE me some Whataburger. This was the first one I've ate at in years!!! And there was no dissappintment. The first time my daughter ate Whataburger as well and she loved it. The whole family enjoyed it and I hope to visit again. The customer service was great I will most definitely be recommending! read more

The drive through service is horrible. I've been here for over half an hour, waiting for biscuits and gravy

The food we received today, April 3, 2025, was disappointing. The tomatoes on our burgers were old and unappetizing, and my jalapeños, which I had ordered and paid for, were missing. The fries were cold and hard, and my Diet Coke was flat with hardly any ice. When I received my drinks, I had to ask for napkins to clean them up because there was soda all over the cups. read more

On a road trip had to stop and try whataburger and wow it was amazing. The spicy ketchup was sooo good. WHATSBURGER (named because the originator wanted to have customers say, "WHAT A BURGER!" when they first saw the size of it.) Hardly new in Casa Grande - the new location replaced the old store across the street from City Hall. Much better burgers, a double order line speeds things up a bit in the drive thru. Five stars for years - from my first visit to a Phoenix store in the 60's. read more

I love whataburger I'll go here for a "fast food" burger before I go anywhere else. Food is always fresh I never get a cold burger or fries (and the fries are sooo good). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. read more

For the most part, this location has not been a huge problem. The prices are fair. On the rare occasion, we have problems with not receiving parts of our order and it can be a hassle to have to go back or speak to customer service, so I recommend checking your bag before you leave, also check the temperature of your food. Staff are nice have never had bad customer experience otherwise. read more

I'll start by saying I really like Whataburger, but they couldn't get things right. Completely left out one of our sandwiches and onion rings. One order had double meat instead of single as ordered. Went inside to get the grilled chicken sandwich and onion ring, got back to the vehicle and found that my grilled chicken was breaded. And keep in mind the wait server specifically asked if I wanted grilled and I said yes. That's my rant for the day. read more

It's Whataburger. Nothing jaw dropping, it's always delish, but c'mon. It's a brand new location, so of course it's clean. Given it's a chain, nothing has changed. Burgers still taste like they did down the street. They should have kept that location open too. read more

They mixed up our order , we did not notice the problem until we got home 9 miles away: The CV food was very soggy and taste was bad. I CC called the number on the receipt next day spoke to Jenny tha manager about a refund since CC we live 9 miles away, she confirmed the mixup of our order with the night shift but refused to offer a refund , but she said bring the receipt back a no d she would give new food to replace the wrong order CC we received: We have been Whataburger customers since they opened many years ago, we will go to Burger King in the future. Burger King is better and that's saying a lot because Burger King is gross.
