The bark and smoke on the meat was beautiful. I thought the meat was a tad bit dry, my wife thought it was fine. Looking back at my pictures I think I got the leaner cut of the brisket. Do not work just dunk that sandwich into that BBQ sauce and everything is good in the world. Okay clearly I cannot read a menu. I had to re-write my review before I posted. I write them in Word first. Looking at my pictures I see the 1/2 lb order of brisket under the Meat Plates, not the Meats by the Pound. $19 with two sides with the meat, yes please. Service - I like how they have a menu board away from the trailer. You do not have to wait till the last second to find your item to order. We did not have an issue with it. Saw others having an issue with the menu board location. They have a cashier off to the side and some people went to order at the trailer.
