Mykala was awesome! She was so sweet and attentive, and she truly made my day. This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Casa Grande, and I'll definitely be back. The wings were delicious, and the service made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location thank you, Mykala, for making my first visit so memorable!! read more

First time at this location and had a great experience. I went to dinner with a friend, and we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. We ordered the Pick 6 combo, I got the All American Burger and Fries, and it was really good. The atmosphere was cool, plenty of sports going on, and it wasn't too loud or busy. Our servers were excellent, attentive and extremely nice. Overall, this was a great experience, especially for a first time visit on a Monday evening. read more

Unfortunately, my takeout experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Casa Grande was not up to par. I didn't really want to write a negative review because Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my favorite chains for wings, but this visit was disappointing. Had to wait a bit before writing this. The wait to place my order was about 15 minutes, followed by a 45-minute wait for the food itself. I understand they were very busy, but by the time I got home, the food was cold. I ordered several different wing flavors, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges. The wings were dry on the inside, as if they had been left out and then tossed back into the sauce. They were very chewy, and the flavor was just okay. Presentation was lacking as well. On a brighter note, the potato wedges and mozzarella sticks were good. Overall, the meal left us wanting more from this popular brand. I called the location to address the issue, but unfortunately, my call was hung up on. Due to this experience, I most likely will not be returning to this specific location. Did not have a chance to dine in so can't comment on the ambience or the dine-in service overall, hence the 3 stars. read more

My sister and I had lunch for the first time at BUFFALO WILD WINGS. She ordered mild wings, and I ordered medium. Her wings came floating in sauce that was VERY spicy. My medium wings had hardly any sauce, and were also way spicier than medium. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Ultimately, we could not eat the wings. We ordered onion rings on the side that were horrible. We will not be going back to this place. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share a disappointing experience my two friends and I had during a recent visit to your Buffalo Wild Wings location. We were visiting from Tucson, and this was my first time ever attempting to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon our arrival, two staff members, Jake and Emma, greeted us with visible attitude and unwelcoming expressions. One of my friends was finishing a leftover yogurt she already had with her. Emma reacted very negatively and stated she could not eat it inside the restaurant. The reaction was excessive and unprofessional, especially considering we intended to be paying customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely concerning. Our booth was visibly dirty, and I had to ask Emma to clean it. Although she eventually did so, her dismissive behavior and poor attitude were made very clear throughout the interaction. Due to the overall uncleanliness of the dining area, we decided to leave before ordering. If the public areas of the restaurant are not being maintained, it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. The behavior demonstrated by Emma and Jake reflects poorly on the restaurant. They appear to need additional training in customer service, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Likewise, management should be made aware of these issues. I am not seeking any form of compensation--only that appropriate training and corrective action be taken. No one should be working in a customer-facing role if they are unwilling to treat guests with basic respect. If employees are unhappy, it may be best for them to seek work elsewhere rather than create a negative experience for customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I strongly encourage management to address staff conduct and restaurant cleanliness moving forward. As we were leaving and I stated to Emma we were leaving due to the dirtiness of the restaurant she rose her hands up and legitimately stated "what the fuck" and laughed please see video footage for further details. I understand if this is restaurant policy to not eat left over yogurt in the restaurant and that's fine but it's about how it's said not what you say please keep that in mind. Thank you. read more

My husband and I come in here often we really enjoy the food most of the time! We LOVE their wing deals but have been really disappointed lately. We have noticed in the recent months that orders placed during the day are delicious and made perfect. In the evening it's a completely different story, the wings are over cooked or essentially not chewable and almost have no sauce on them everytime. It's only the boneless wings, everything else is good but it really is disappointing to realize that we can't count on our wings in the evening to be good read more

the food and atmosphere was good but service was horrible. there was a large wait outside but we were seated within 15 minutes. they did have a texting system which notified us when our room was ready. once we were seated the waitress took a long time to take our order. once we finished eating we waited over 20 minutes trying to flag her down to pay. finally we had to get another waitress to help us so we could pay and leave. food was good just wish the service was better read more

Service was ok. Food was not, flavor was weak, portion was ridiculously inadequate. I ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak and was surprised at how little meat / filling there was. Looked NOTHING like the photo where you could see the meat piled on. Wish I had taken a photo. There was almost nothing on the one I was served. I took the meat off one half and put it on the other. There was still room for more. It didn't even taste very good. I had not been to BWW in years. Now I remember why. I won't be returning. read more

I didn't get pics of the wings because the table gobbled all our orders up. We went pretty late and were seated right away, got drinks super fast, our order was taken, app came super fast and the wings followed. It really was a simple and great experience. The place was clean, the service was great and the food was super fresh and delicious. While I try to eat local only when I visit, I was not disappointed in this B-dubs and know why the community loves them. The restroom was clean, tables were clean, our drinks stayed filled, staff was friendly, checkout was easy, boxes came fast and we all had a great time. It wasn't overly loud and we got a nice table in the corner. read more

Worst experience ever at BWW. Took over 50 minutes to get food. When we spoke to manager he said "it's Saturday- just the way it is... don't come here on weekends" half of our food wasn't edible. Do NOT get their curry sauce - it was horrendous. Only saw our waitress a couple times. Save your money - don't eat here read more

I have been to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings and I don't think I've had a bad experience, but as with everything there is always one. I ordered dinner for my wife and I online for a pick up. I showed up approximately at the estimated time and when I went in there was no sign for pick ups. So naturally I asked the waitress I saw at the POS. Paula or something was her name. She tried to treat me like I was an idiot and was incredibly rude for a simple question. I was in shock since I hadn't even been greeted even though there were 4 other girls sitting around the front door. It was super packed and noisy so I'm surprised they were being so lazy. After being directed with a huff from Paula to the counter for pick ups another guy redirected me to the rack, which also had no advertising about take out. I went home annoyed and feeling like I definitely overpaid. My Nashville hot sandwich was underwhelming, not much sauce and honestly I've had better at KFC. My fries were cold, like you know they'd been sitting for awhile. My wife's wrap was pretty good though. So i suppose that's something. Either way I don't think I'll be going back sadly. read more

We visit BWW's all over the country and this one is awesome. They have a fabulous patio; and they should update their Yelp profile to include this feature :) Service was spot on and literally; we had our wings, cole slaw and potato wedges in 11 minutes. yep, 11 minutes. So no service issue here. Our wings were very saucy- we had half 'hot' and half 'medium' as the waitress warned us their 'hot' is a bit hotter than other locations. Hubby said 'she wasn't kidding' as he dried the tears from his eyes. Lol. Wedges- I just love them. Ice cold beer and a Chardonnay for me... perfect casual Saturday night. As always, thanks BW3's. We don't do many chain restaurants, but we will keep visiting as we are on the road across the country. read more

They don't take reservations but was advised you can join the waitlist on Google. Good to know.... Arrived around 4:30pm on Superbowl Sunday and really didn't wait too long to be seated. Frequent this restaurant often, generally a great place, last night I have a very bad experience with a lousy server, he was not doing his job, and I called him out, and he got in my face a started yelling at me, I admit I yelled back, and should not have engaged with him. I asked for the manager, but not sure how he got the job, because he was almost as bad as the lousy server. He had no idea how to handle the situation. I ask that he assign another server, she did the job taking care of us, that the first server and the manger did not. Ruined the evening out, guess I will find somewhere else to spend my $100 on wings. IF I come back and this server is present, I will leave, but I may not be back in the near future. To make matters worse, half the wings served, cold by now, were old and dried out. read more

I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in ages, as I just am not a huge fan of places you have to yell to be heard, and I guess I had a general impression of their food as not being that great, but rather something to snarf down while you drank and watched the games on the overhead flat screens. But I was hungry and just couldn't stand the thought of another burger, so I decided to swing in since it was convenient. The place was a real surprise to me, as it was not very full at 1:00 on a Monday, and all of the TV's were turned down so you only had to listen to some unobtrusive soft rock from the overhead speakers. No shouting required! YAY!!! The wings were really good too, much more so than I expected. The wife and I had the queso dip for starters which had great flavor, and then she had Teriyaki wings and some honey parmesan garlic which she said was phenomenal! I have to warn you though, on those parmesan garlic wings, they have to be one of the most horrifically ugly things you will ever have brought out to you on a plate. I swear they looked like wings covered in a slimy brown substance which can only be described as something that might have been drained out of the car during an overdue oil change. But don't let the look of them throw you, as she said they were the bomb! I had the new lemon pepper dry rub ribs which were really tangy and overall it was a great meal. I get that I probably enjoyed it more than I expected too because of the atmosphere being more subdued, and I probably wouldn't go back on a Saturday or Sunday night. But during the day in the middle of the week, I would surely go back just for the food. I get that it's a whole 'atmosphere & experience' thing for them with the games, and if that's your thing have at it, but I just want the wings. Heck, I'd even just get them to go and be happy with that. read more

If I could give no stars for service I would- having worked and managed in food service for years, I was appalled. After being seated, we waited with our toddler for twenty to thirty minutes for a server to at least acknowledge us. Nobody came to say hello, take drink or food orders, check in. Mind you, there were a total of maybe four or five other tables, all consisting of four or less people. After a long wait and watching servers lolly-gag by the kitchen, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. I'd also like to mention and note that nobody noticed or said anything when we left either- shameful too, as our main focus was finding lunch for our toddler. read more

WILL NOT BE BACK That should say it all, but let me explain - We were seated. then. we. waited. and waited. and waited. Finally my wife asked the three people standing up front if someone could take our order. One of the young ladies took our drink order and told us our server would be over in a moment. We got two sodas but she was too young to get the beer. So. we. Waited. and waited. and waited. Eventually our server arrived and took our order and said she'd get the beer right away. She left. we waited and waited and waited. our appetizers came out and still no beer. or napkins. Finally like 10 minutes later the beer came out. We ate the appetizers kinda slow. the pretzel knots are really good btw, and then our order finally shows up. It's dropped off quickly before we had a chance to ask for those napkins lol. eventually we got napkins and I finally got a refill, as my glass was empty for a long time. the sauce on the wings was non existent on some wings, which is pretty rough, since the sauce is what makes them. I was going to order a to go order right when the food came out and was told it would take as long as our original order. I said forget it then. I used my phone to order Chipotle to take home for the rest of the family that stayed at home. It was ready early, I just walked in, grabbed it and left. Easy! I never did get another refill even though we were there what seemed like an eternity. Bad service, so so food ( except for the pretzels) and a 70 dollar check to pay for all my aggravation. read more
