All the employees were very helpful and friendly! I give them an A+ for service tonight. The food was good.

I do not eat KFC often, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and quick service. I received a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with a $1 or more order. I decided to get a coleslaw and then got a spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the sandwich had a good amount of smoke and spice, not super over powering or salty at all. Every bite was again surprisingly delicious! So glad that I was able to order online and take advantage of the coupon. read more

It's one thing if y'all were busy, but I'm literally the only person in line and there's nobody in the store. I don't know how mess up a three piece chicken. It's three pieces of chicken. All you have to do is not give me less than three pieces and that's exactly what happened. Lol read more

Super bummed. Last week was fresh and tasty. Probably because they were very busy. Went back this week because I had a good experience last week and it sucked. Chicken and tenders very dry and Dark in color. The potato wedges were not fresh. $32 for two people and wasn't good. Not a good value. Won't be back. I will say though, the staff was great. Very welcoming and nice. Appreciate that read more

Ordered 2 chicken strip meals that came out to over $30.00. If I hadn't been too tired to drive back I definitely would've returned the meal. Chicken was over cooked. If we're going to pay restaurant prices for fast food, the quality should be better. I haven't really ate at KFC in the last 5 years, maybe only 3 times in over 5 years and so I super happy when they brought back potato wedges. Ate there for the first time in years, just to be very disappointed with chicken. Potato wedges were good though. read more

KFC - Over cooked, borderline burnt chicken strips. - Fast Food Near Me - Casa Grande, Arizona

This place is terrible! I'm surprised it's even a two star should be a 1 star if that!!! Need a COMPLETE management overhaul!!!! Every time we go there, there's always an issue. They might as well close the doors at 8 p.m., because after that time they clearly stop caring--and stop cooking chicken! They close at 10 p.m., but when we arrived at 8:40, the staff said, "We're out of food," while laughing in the background. This was the last and final time I'll ever go there. I ordered extra crispy chicken, but what I got was not crispy at all--it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I called, and they told me to come back for a new bucket. I drove 15 minutes each way, only to be told when I got there that they were out of crispy chicken! It honestly felt like they were messing with me. They refunded me for the chicken only, but by then it was 9:30 p.m., everything else was closing, and my family of eight was left hungry. We will never go there again. I strongly suggest no one else does either--100%! read more

12/27/25 around 8:30pm went through the drive-thru to order and the people on that shift was awesome... I accidentally asked for mashed potatoes with my order but wanted mac n cheese instead... Although I did want mash potatoes, at the time Mac n cheese just sounded better... However that mistake was still heard by this staff and and they still gave me the mashed potatoes n gravy with no charge!! They're awesome for thinking about the Customer read more

I ordered online for a pickup two hours in advance. When I arrived I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, as they didn't have what I ordered. Since I had to pay in advance online I had no choice but to wait. I guess there's no point in ordering ahead. read more

Even thought my order didn't fully come when I had ordered online the manager still helped me in a respectful manner & remade my food I was happy about that thank you to the manager who treated me w respect along w the team as well I was upset about my irder at first but they had did everything they could to help me be satisfied about my order bx yesterday I was rlly craving so I was happy that off manager remade my order read more

So the food is decent. It's KFC you know what to expect. I tried the waffles and chicken for the first time. They were out of waffles. They gave me a bunt cake instead. The place cis extremely clean . That's something I like. But I had a problem with the kiosk. It didn't responded very easily to my touch in fact it sucked big time. I don't know why it was so hard to use. I know they aren't suppose to be difficult to use. But this one was. But it's late they filled my belly with comfort food so what can you do? Also it took a lot longer than I thought it should. read more

I paid $60 to waited over an hour for cold shitty food. Even the homeless guy that was getting free food was mad that it took so long. At least some of the people waiting got a tired and got their money back, that seemed to speed up the process. The ambiance was nice though I had some deep conversations with those homeless people. read more

It has been almost a year since we last visited this KC location and hoped there would have been an improvement in the stores operation, but unfortunately, there hasn't been. We arrived at 5:00 P.M. in order that they wouldn't be sold out of chicken but that was not early enough. They told us that all of the chicken was frozen and they wouldn't have any ready until 6:00 P.M.. We arrived at 6, only to be told it would not be ready until 6:20. Every time we go there, it is a different excuse. The didn't get there full order, the truck delivering the chicken broken down, everything except their dog eat their homework. Spoke to the manager and she told me that if I wanted to be certain to get any chicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN, I should arrive promptly at 10:00 A.M.. This is nothing but poor management! read more

you guys need to work on having uber and doordash orders ready on time for the uber and dasher drivers to be able to pick up the orders while still hot and fresh! shouldn't take almost 45 mins for a customer to receive their food after having an order placed this is ridiculous and you guys have zero respect and it's not ok and it's goes against customer service code. you guys doesn't have a good ambiance at all. read more

Seems like they are just on cruise mode until their new building is done I came in the other day and the restrooms were horrid My granddaughter wouldn't use it and said she'd rather hold it Today I went through the drive through and got a chicken sandwich They were out of their spicy sauce so I couldn't get the spicy one I wanted The regular chicken came out just barely warm but crunchy The bun however was pretty stale and not soft at all Disappointing that they were out of a product, the serving temperature was suspect and bun quality was poor read more

Well, WORST KFC i have ever been to. Been here in Casa Grande for 4 months. Been to this KFC 3X, 1st 2, they gave me a completely wrong order. Tonight, they left out the gravy, had to wait 15 min for chicken and the biscuits were EXTRA crispy. Hard as a rock. They dont even try. The management is a joke. I'd be embarrassed to work at a place so unorganized and Pathetic. Never again. I'll drive 30 min up to chandler before I go back to this Pathetic location. Just do your freaking jobs. Damn. Oh, the chicken we waited for 15 min was extremely overcooked and super dry. I've never in my life posted a yelp review, but couldnt hold my tongue any longer. Avoid at all cost....... read more

Truly disappointed with this location. I got the 4 piece combo and the chicken was cold and had a horrible aftertaste. Luckily, I didn't get food poisoning. Also, I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, but I didnt get that either. The biscuit was dry and hard as a rock. I normally don't base my review on a one-time visit, but I just can't stomach going back to this location. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews. read more

Clearly, they were hoping to run away from their poor ratings by changing addresses slightly, they built the new one next door. Went thru the drive thru today and the manager let me know that it would be 20 to 25 minutes for a breast, something about having one of her multiple fryers down. Not only does this woman not need to be a manager there because she doesn't understand the ever and flow clearly, because if she did, she wouldn't have a 25 minute wait during dinner time. Not to worry, tho, I drove down the way and went to your competition. read more

It's back open. Avoid it. New fancy building, dams horrible staff and product, out of chicken, coleslaw frozen. Waited 20 min for tenders. Didn't get my complete order. And got attitude when i asked for my sauce. Thought we'd give them another chance, hoping new building maybe new attitude. NOPE read more

Tried the pot pies again! I've learned my lesson after today. They were so good in Oregon, wonderful filling, always lots of meat. But here in Casa Grande, the filling is thick and mushy and zero and I mean zero meat for the fourth time trying them here. Plenty of potatoes but no chicken. No more! Just stay away from their pot pies!!! My husband's chicken 2 pc was good so leaving 2 stars. read more

Greasiest fried chicken ever. Skin was not crispy. Service at drive thru was great.

Service not good the store mngr. No good service she is rude and dry to customers and she is still there, thought opening a new place it would have changed the manger and other things it I will not go to this one either!!!!!! read more

This was the upmost disrespectful and one of the worst experiences I've had with a fast food place. Ordered pick up. Which is supposed to be an easy transaction to do. But no we sat and waited and waited for almost an hour.watching a ton of people walk in make their orders and get them as we sat and watched. Online ordering should be more efficient way to go usually right. Not in this case. I love kfc I really do. But sadly we will never go back again. We decided to ask for our money back. The lady went and told the manager. He came up yelling at us why do you want a refund? I have your food almost ready. I explained to him what we were seeing as far as customer service and it's terrible. Sadly they just built this place I don't see it lasting very long with the set up they have there. Being yelled at by a manager for simply asking for our money back because of the long wait. Now that really terrible. Do better KFC. Your employees are not good. Never again you've lost customers over this. read more

I don't understand, they make uneatable chicken at their oridginal location, what makes them think they will do better at their new location? Maybe if they stop cooking with burnt oil it would help. If I could score lower I would. read more

Outstanding love the food and service I go there once a week very reasonable prices, I always get 3 breast, French fries and soda

The last three visits two through the drive-thru food was overcooked fries or stale. One time going inside chicken wasn't cooked all the way so I wouldn't suggest KFC in Casa Grande Arizona. The service is okay but please act like you care The ambiance they're under construction. read more

Not great not bad. Not big on buffets but figured price of 6.49 not bad for a chicken lunch. Service was fine, but while I was in the drive thru waiting a girl was playing with her hair while standing over a tray of chicken at the warmer then I get home and the bisquits were not even warm, and the mashed potatoes were hard and smothered in gravy, since when do that put the gravy on the mashed potatoes? Not only that but the mashed potatoes were barely half filled in the bowl, an 8 piece meal with barely enough mashed potatoes HARD mashed potatoes for 2 people they were most definitely not fresh mashed potatoes. Tried calling the store and tried several times but no answer read more

This is the worst KFC I've ever been in, and the worst experience I've had with KFC as well. The person helping us order left for a minute without letting us know what was happening. When she returned, we were able to order. Then the manager started yelling that they were out of chicken when it was 7pm on a Friday night. We went in to the KFC due to the ad they had posted stating there was a buffet 7 days a week. When we got inside, there was no buffet. It apparently only goes until 4 PM. The food was alright. The mashed potatoes were okay. I didnt care for the chicken. I was super disappointed with the marquis advertisement. They should have had better service. I dont feel like I could recommend them to anyone. My husband tried the water and said it tasted like seltzer. He said it tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. The staff had chairs lined up blocking the entrance to the dining area. How am I supposed to sit in the restaurant when the dining area is blocked off to customers?? read more

We ordered a 2 piece meal to go. Got home and it was a very tiny leg & thigh and over cooked. What rip off, won't be going back there again. Still hungry. I think it was a Ginny hen and not chicken because it was so small. Very disappointing!!! Don't recommend this kfc on Florence rd. read more
