Your new store is very nice.went up super fast.have been going to kfc for many years. Went to your new store thursday April 25th. The girl at the conter was very nice. New employee and was good to order from. Your manager and an older lady were the mont rude people I have ever incounterd in any fast food or restaurant in my life. We ordered to go but the older lady made it to eat in .when I said I needed to go she said why didn't you say so. The lady taking the order told her that it was a to go order..the older lady then stood around for 5 minutes and talked to the manager about something. Finally I asked if I could please have my order and was told by the manager that it was coming. Then the other lady put my order in a bag and threw it up on the counter tipping it over and walker off. I love kfc but when your manager and employees are so rude it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that is hard to overcome. I have been in business myself for 40 years and customer relations are very important. I hope the chain of stores makes o few changes. Word of mouth is 50 percent of your business. read more

I drove into town, from Arizona city to get dinner. My grandson found 3 hairs in the potatoes. The biscuits are dry as a bone. Gravy is awful, and the chicken is dry. I have been trying to call to speak with the manager for an hour, they must have phone off the hook. Horrible read more

Every time we've given this restaurant another chance, we've been disappointed. I understand that Covid has been challenging for all. So we went back again last week. But gosh darn it, don't be a jerk if I bring my order in from drive through that wasn't even our order. We didn't order sandwiches and there were 3. And nothing we ordered. Why is this person in charge so angry? I would have waited for the order to be corrected but you instead throw my money back at me...??? Never again. read more

Management needs to help out this location always out of half of the menu, no sauces available and almost always there's a 30-45 min wait for the chicken to be done. read more

Always dirty inside and the employees aren't very friendly. Last night I get home and find that my order was all wrong but I ate it anyway cause the food is always so delicious. I'll start checking my bag before leaving from now on. Food IS delicious and worth the other inconveniences so I give them 2 stars read more

Gave it another shot. Hasn't gotten any better, no sides, chicken is like jerky, place is filthy, actually afraid to eat it due to health concerns, gonna throw the whole bucket in the trash. read more

I actually deserves a zero but there's no place for it. Very rude manager. Not just me but friends of mine also. He needs to be reported to the owners read more

Good choice is menu, prices are good and the food is ok, though chicken but greasy from sitting (original recipe). This is a grade B. BUT everywhere in the restaurent end to end is dirty. Tables and floors and the buffet that closed at 4 is messy. The floor feels greasy and a little slippery to walk on. The lack of cleanliness makes me worry about the back area and food prep. Hardly any customers, it's not busy, so no excuse . Probably won't be back. read more

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to, food over cooked or dry every time. Out of select pieces. Place is filthy. Gave it many 2nd tries after hearing under new management....no better. We now pick KFC up in Maricopa or Phoenic when we are there. I wish Yelp had negative stars. read more

Wow, it's been a long time since I've been to KFC, but I was craving some original recipe fried chicken. I ordered a three piece meal, but I noticed that they have a buffet for 7.99, which was more value for your money and a three piece meal and comes with all the different chickens, sides, drink and dessert! Great to know there is a KFC nearby to count on when I have a craving! read more

horrible service, always get order wrong, asked to meet mgr to discuss-he stood me up while counter person was cursing me out for not ordering. This business is a shining example of why that area of town is dying. read more

Useless. Twice I stopped here for food during business hours and the place was locked. Once at 8:30 and another weekday at 8:45. I was hungry, just gotten off dialysis and the employees closed early. I had to drive to the other side of Florence to get some chicken at Popeyes. They were OPEN. read more

This place is filthy. The chicken is never fresh. The chicken looks like some one beat the chicken up on the floor. They had no coleslaw no green beans no sides. This is not the first time. Will never go back read more

Not the best in the city, which I credit that to the workers as they just stand there like what ever and act like there no real care in the food served, put a little effort in it and this place can be a good place to eat,you can't depend on the KFC name to carry you through. read more

10 minutes dark meat chicken and biscuit bin have been empty, no employees have come out to check to buffet. Food did taste good today.

This is the worst KFC I have ever got Chicken from. Did not taste like KFC chicken and taste like it was in the warmer fo hours. Will never go back. read more

I'm sure you all have seen the commercials airing right now about the $5.00 fill up breast and wing meal. So I decided to give this place a try again. When I was at register the staff was very rude. The price on the menu said $5.75 for fill up meals. when I said I'll take the $5.75 breast/wing meal the girl said that those meals are $7.49. I said well that's not what they say on tv. She had no real response she said the only ones that are $5.75 are the pot pie and one other meal. This place is ridiculous. Dirty and the chicken was over cooked. I will never go here again. read more

To start with i have always liked KFC and to go to one that was a buffet was awesome. Well they had three different types of chicken two types of mashed potatoes and gravy , greens , deep fried battered veggies ,coleslaw , macaroni and potato salad , green and baked beans. All were good , for dessert I had hot apple pie with whipped cream. canned peaches. canned pineapple and vanilla pudding. A great feast for being at KFC. read more

An old restaurant with friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had napkins & finger lickin' good hand wipes! The NASHVILLE Hot Chicken was just what we remember from Hattie B's in Nashville! Delicious & "hot" as in temperature, and the spicey hot was flavorful without burning the throat. Our new favorite. read more

Fast and easy. I believe our cashier was Regina, she was very polite and helpful, but seemed under appreciated by management. The manager on duty was rude and gave me and my husband an attitude. We were being rung up and the manager told our cashier to ring up drive thru instead. Which would have been fine if our transaction had been completed. Instead of giving us our receipt and cup the manager walked by us and started to text, I'm not sure why she couldn't do the drive thru order if she had enough time to walk to the other side of the counter and send a text. Our cashier cashed out the drive thru order, gave the order out and then rushed to give us our receipt and cup. She even went the extra mile to comp us a drink because our chicken wasn't ready when we ordered it. She got our order out in a quick, efficient and timely manner and was extremely courteous. She made sure to say thank you and give us a smile. read more

Finally got a new manager and is running like clock work. Buffet was filled with fresh everything. Service was polite and quick.

I went in with my Dad and I got the #15, the Nashville Hot tenders and he got the #4 4 pc. combo. The sides (macaroni and mashed potatoes) were barely warm and the chicken was definitely left overs. The overall taste of everything was decent. We used to like this KFC a lot and it had been a while since we visited. This time left us with no desire to go back any time soon. read more

KFC is great!!! Just not the Casa Grande location. From running out of chicken multiple times and their employees not washing their hands.... I just go to Raising Canes instead read more

This is the WORST KFC franchise I have been too. I've been to this particular location several times for a few years with hopes that some day it will be CLEAN, have FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF, & FRESH FOOD! However, on my last visit which was on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, I finally decided to "throw in the towel" on this sad, pathetic, dirty location. It's obviously never going to change for the better, otherwise it would have a long time ago. The buffet line is ALWAYS filthy dirty, messy, not stocked w/fresh tasty food. As is the fountain drink station and condiments station. The chicken taste nasty & the meat is dry, over cooked & like jerky. The mashed potatoes are clumpy, dried up, and taste terrible. The tables, floors & bathrooms are always messy, also not stocked and dirty. Trash is always full. It amazes me cause I've been here during slow times, yet the "staff" they hire stand around, chit chatting, laughing amongst themselves rather than cleaning up the place and keeping food well stocked and fresh. I think this is a HUGE reflection of management AND ownership for this particular location. If you want, fresh, good food in a clean, healthy environment DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. This location may not be around much longer if they don't change. I know I will NEVER be back here after my most recent visit on Saturday. If there was ever a place to report DIRTY DINING in Casa Grande, this location would be #1 on this list as far as I know. I don't think this location even deserves the 1 star I gave it for this review. Beware customers.... read more

4 words say it all. "Let the buyer beware". I just got my order home from drive thru to find out that 1 item was missing, the qty of Items I ordered were not present, and when I spoke to the manager she actually called my a liar. I wasn't told I'm sorry, or that they could have even been capable of making a mistake and then was hung up on when while the manager was yelling at me, so I told her to shut up and listen to what I was saying. I tried calling back for over 30 minutes and they would not answer my call. I contacted the KFC in the next town over and I was told that they hear this "All the time" about the Casa Grande location, and that they get a lot of people who will actually drive from Casa Grande to coolidge to avoid having to deal with the employees there. I know I will NEVER be customer of the Casa Grande KFC location again and will discourage everyone from going there either. John R. If your the owner what ever new manager you got SUCKS. Not sure how but this place both blows and sucks at the same time. read more

I love the KFC in Casa Grande, AZ the best deal is there Buffet all you can eat!! & drink!!

Oh My this is the dirtiest KFC we have ever been. We did not get any service after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes. One guy was waiting on the drive up window, which had one car and he was running around totally lost. The drink machine he was getting drinks from was filthy with mildew, was leaning to the right as the legs were broke off of the machine and there was NO front to the machine as to how we could see the mold...it was terrible. We looked at the Buffet Bar but most of the trays were empty. Two OTHER girls were putting chicken in a warmer, which only required one person and another girl was throwing pans around in the back. The guy at the window, after 5 minutes ask if we had been helped and we said NO. He said the counter girl is on a break. Which yes she was we walked by her outside smoking as we walked in. We had no idea we would have to wait for her to finish her cigarette to come wait on us. WE LEFT and will not return. read more

Third time I have been here now where they are simply out of food. Kid working said they had been sold out of white meat and chicken breasts since the afternoon before. Not really sure how they manage to stay in business. Guess I will just go to a Popeye's and save myself the trouble from now on. read more

They never have grilled chicken seasoning. So frustrating, and they run out of chicken on a regular basis
