I grabbed my food to eat at work, now I'm sitting here looking at my food that's all vegetables and hardly any noodles and no chicken with my string beans. My daughter got a medium chow mein and all vegetables hardly any noodles either. So how was this meal worth $26. It's not so I definitely will be getting my money back tomorrow. I stopped in for takeout & used an online coupon I'd received. The restaurant looked clean, staff were friendly & accommodating, even having some greens made fresh for me. I'd never tried their teriyaki chicken or broccoli beef, so I got those on a bigger plate along with the super greens, 1/2 rice & 1/2 chow mein and one of each of their sauces. My coupon entitled me to a free small appetizer and I chose the veggie spring rolls. Everything was fresh & tasty, especially the spring rolls, which were hot & crispy, even after my drive home. However, I was shocked when I only received a small container of the greens. Because that was an entree dish, I assumed that since it's a relatively inexpensive entree, (compared to their other choices) it would be the same size as their smallest greens on the a la carte menu - a medium sized container. I don't understand the customer service at panda. I received a coupon for a free entree because the last time I went to panda, their rice was totally undercooked, imagine having a mouth full of pebbles. The coupon was for a free entree, so I tried to exchange it and asked them to put the entree in a bowl. I don't mind paying for the rice, and she wouldn't do it. So I asked for chicken teriyaki, and I'll get a side of rice, and she said they don't have it. Just depressing. So I left. Me and my family DoorDashed some panda since our other favorite restaurant was down so when we got the food we were so excited and ready to dig in yet to find hair everywhere in one of our plates, not one not 2 but 5 brown pieces of hair . We were so disappointed and still hungry because we barely touched the food so now just because there was hair in one plate , we don't know how much more there is , so we didn't eat the rest so now we have no food to eat for the rest of the night !! This place has grown on my daughter who is super picky when it comes to food. Service is fast. If you want a sample they will let you. One this super amazing is we went in toward the end of the night and witness just how much they clean. They even clean underneath the tables- think like where people put their gum . This location is another solid example of a correctly run franchise. Clean inside with friendly employees and fresh food. Exactly what you would expect. Where do I begin? Kids were standing on the counters next to the ordering station and the place was just dirty! When I placed my order, the employee taking orders not only got the side dish wrong but the main entree wrong as well. When I informed the staff it was wrong they dumped all the food that was plated back into the warming trays for other customers to have. They said "when it's a smaller mistake they will put the food back," but that was my entire plate so who knows how many times a day that happens. Terrible service. The food was meh. I rarely eat at any Panda Express, as I find the quality of the food to vary, from location to location. It's too hit or miss. Today while I was traveling back to Tucson from the Phoenix area, I decided to eat here because I wanted to give my Chihuahua some teriyaki chicken as a reward for being my awesome travel buddy. The experience was unpleasant enough, that I'll avoid THIS eatery and am posting a review for the owners info. I had waited in line for 10-15 minutes while the female "server" casually helped a group of three people that were ahead of me, followed by one other individual. While waiting, I'd noticed that there were two male cooks, the female "server" behind the counter and another female at the cash register. It seemed to be a "light" crew - or this server was s-l-o-w. Upon my turn, the female customer service person spoke low (volume) and failed to make eye contact. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted the 3-item combo, but added that I was unfamiliar with their menu and wanted to know their vegetarian food choices. She looks down at the styrofoam food container as she writes something on it, then partially fills with fried rice. Then set it down and again, no eye contact while she said: "I'll come back when you know what you want." Before I could comprehend what happened and speak up, she quickly asked the person behind me, "what would you like?" I was mad enough to leave without completing my order, but I didn't know where else to get freshly cooked chicken for my dog. So I said, I'm ready, I'd like teriyaki chicken. She finished with the other customer and as she began chopping the meat, again I asked "what do you have for someone who doesn't eat meat?" She said something about "super greens" and without seeing it, I said "okay, I'll take that" and she walked to another part of the counter and dropped my box off "in line" by the cash register - and without looking at me or saying another word, she helped the next customer in line. I realized she was no longer helping me so again I had to wait ... this time, it was the cashier who assisted me with ordering cream cheese Rangoon's. All in all, the service was NOT fast - I was in there for more than 27 minutes. The service was not only terrible, it was OFFENSIVELY RUDE. The fried rice tasted mediocre - and I disliked the kale and broccoli - tasted terrible, and I normally love my vegetables. I also suspect MSG though they claim not to have any - I get very tired/drowsy after eating MSG, so I try to avoid it. I was drowsy driving home and had difficulty staying awake, especially after it became dar outside. I won't be back due to the poor service, lack of choices for non-meat eaters. There are plenty of other choices nearby - I'm not sure about fresh chicken, but my dog will have to do without. That experience was too unpleasant for me to go THERE again. read more

Their orange chicken and fried rice are good for the price, but I cannot speak for the rest of their menu as I have not tried it. I am sure it is of similar quality. My only concern with them is food portioning; I feel like I need to actively watch them sometimes. Other than that I think they have a good quality, quick service for a fair price. read more

I'm utterly disgusted at how they treat people. My husband went to pick up lunch today and they refused to serve him without a mask. Fine. He ordered online and waited 45 FREAKING MINUTES for his food. Once he finally got it, they forgot part of the order. So he had to have them fix that. And when he asked for sweet and sour sauce, they refused to get him any because they are "not allowed to have contact with anyone that does not have a mask". Complete crap! read more

This is usually my favorite place to get Chinese but tonight was horrible. I got there at 9:15 yes I know 45 mins to closing but still there was 45 mins to closing. There was barely any food in the cases. I was told there'd be a 15 minute wait for teriyaki chicken which was fine. But 4 more people came in after and still got their food after us even though some of them ordered teriyaki as well. My plates of food sat for about another 15 minutes then when I finally got it my food was cold. It irritates me that I waited like 30 -45 mins instead of 20 didn't even get the sauce I asked for and most of the sodas weren't working. read more

I did an online order and was there 5 minutes early to pick it up. The place was busy but I stood at the pick up counter for at least 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that I was there. I finally just spoke up and told the cashier that I was there to pick up my order. As I was filling the cups, the machine ran out.
