The chef is always a well trained and creative person, who changes the menu, uses great ingredients and truly strives to give their diners the best dishes they offer, no matter what you order. Yes, it's pricy, expensive. But here is when the old saying "you get what you pay for" is best represented. Both entrees were incredible! We are an Italian/American family so we know what good sauce/gravy is and we are extremely picky but both sauces exceeded our expectations!!
