The more I hate on pizza outside of the east coast, the more I am proven wrong while I travel. This was such a great vibe and aesthetic, and a perfect environment for our first dinner in the city. The alfredo pizza was everything I expected it to be... delicious. read more

Generally, great service, great food, variety, great drinks, and even though it's so busy, they always make you feel special.

The service was great, the food was great, and yes I would recommend this place to everyone. We had to leave before our pizza was ready, and they were quick to check us out, and get us to go stuff. We had the cheese pizza and the Iron horse, both were amazing! And chips and guacamole yummy! read more

Delicious pizzas! Our favorites are the California Sunrise and the Gyro Trip. I'd also suggest the hot honey pizza. The spinach salad is also delicious. The staff is really friendly and service is great. It's usually busy but carry out is a great option. Honestly, can't wait to try the whole menu- I'm getting close! read more

Food is so good! Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time since they get pretty busy. They have a few big fire pits outside to keep you warm while you wait. This is a family favorite. read more

Visited this place on a short visit to Salt Lake. Glad I chose this place as the only dinner spot I had time for! Went in at around 8pm, no wait since we were a party of 2. Server was very nice and attentive. We ordered the Tastes Like Burning pizza, which had a very smoked and slightly spicy flavor. The crust was doughy and crispy with a great chewiness to it. We also ordered the Pua'u Luau with pepperoni. I loved this pizza, had a great savory and slightly sweet flavor that kept a light and balanced flavor profile. To go with this, I ordered Ska, which has a slight fruitiness to it that paired really well. Great selection of draft beer, wish they had a flight so I could try more! Great selection of pizza too, crust and dough were perfect in texture, chewiness, and flavor. Would love to come back again for the food, drinks, service, and ambience! read more

The first time I came here I gave it 4/5 stars and said I'd come again. This time we ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the California sunrise pizza and WOWZA it earned that last star all the way. I didn't get the California sunrise pizza the first time even though it's a best seller because the green goddess dressing base seemed a little weird, but boy was a wrong. It is AMAZING. We'll be back for sure!! read more

It's just a really good and plentiful pizza. Artisan vibe. The servers were really friendly and there's a place for live music. Live music isn't really my thing at a restaurant, but maybe it's yours. read more

We arrived right at 10pm on a Saturday and had a fantastic experience. My party had the hot honey pizza and a house salad. Turnaround time was quick, pizza quite tasty and the salad very fresh. The server was kind and helpful, offering good pairing advice. Highly recommend read more

Food was delicious and the service was great. I would recommend this place to others in a heartbeat.

Most amazing pizza crust and beer selection. Gage was our server and was so attentive, had a great personality, and made fine recommendations. There is a good energy and we appreciate there is space for a minor nearer to the bar to watch the games. Love the IPA and Stout selections! And the seasonal beignets are so yummy. We're from out if town and have been her 2x on 2 different trips and talk about returning. Outstanding new hotspot when we're in town. read more

Fun place to eat and get to know new people... plenty packed with people enjoying themselves... table lighting could use a little work( right above my head vs centered on table) but still a solid spot to grab some fun pizzas, lunch menu is nice too read more

Flippin loved this restaurant The ambiance was amazing, there was live music (I don't know how often they do that, maybe I got lucky). The food was very tasty, quick service as well. Great servers. Unique pizzas, and the names were very fun. The wait was pretty long, which only served to show just how good it was It's a must try for sure read more

Love love love these pizzas!!! We tried a handful and here's the breakdown: Italian: very yummy, lots of meat with good flavor It takes like burning: not our favorite DP honey: simple and delicious Three cheese; kids loved it and so did I Nachos appetizer: massive and super delicious if you want something with your pizza Pizzas are on the smaller side, so get an appetizer and a pizza or two! Everything was fresh and the crust is so yummy and cooked to perfection. read more

Pizza and drinks were great. The Yelp waitlist was also very helpful. The ambience was great, and the food was served in a timely manner.

Food is always great and so is the service! I come weekly and have not had a single experience that wasn't great.

The atmosphere and food are both very good- the pizza is my fave but don't sleep on the soup or sandwiches!

Best pizza ever, we crave the sour dough crust. Best beer selection! Such great food all the way around.

We had an amazing lunch at Slackwater. We were sat quickly, nice brewery ambiance, tables were clean. Our server was very attentive, had great suggestions and gave my husband a customized drink which was great. The artichoke dip was great. The pizza to die for. We're big pizza buffs we have our own pizza oven and the crust on these pies go hard. I recommend! read more

Always a staple. Its food is consistent, the ambiance is fun casual bar / restaurant vibes. The last time we came they fit our party in after yelp mess up on the waitlist. They were amazing. The service is always again consistent. I really appreciate consistency at a local restaurant. You can go with the kids or date night and you will get what you pay for. I have always loved everything I order here. In the summer the patio is an awesome place to relax and hang out. I really appreciate Slackwater and how they are local and community involved. read more

I took my students here for lunch and I loved it. So many varieties of pizzas and my recommendation is to come with lots of friends so you can try multiple dishes. The service was quick and everyone was friendly. A great place for lunch or dinner. My favorite pizza at the moment is hot honey. Definitely coming back and bringing others with me. read more

Pizza is the best. Enjoyed our dinner great service. Our server was very personable and friendly. Thank you.

Good here is always good. There seems to be a wait during dinner time most nights so call ahead

Was in the area for business, not too long ago, and was looking for someplace a little different with a little more variety on their menu discovered this place and what a great time I had. Ended up with the pizza and it was fantastic artisan style with perfect charred crust on the edges and toppings were planning the server was extremely nice. It took good care of me. If you can get your name out ahead of time before you get there, it's definitely gonna help as there were a ton of people waiting to get in on a weekday. read more

Late night stop off after a birthday celebration, it's one of the few places open late in Draper. Had the salad which is big enough to share and pizza. We shared the artichoke dip which was not my favorite, but decent. Service was good, despite this place is always busy. They often have live music. I'd recommend a reservation as they are usually full, which makes the place noisy. Pizza runs around $15 for personal size, so it's in the pricier side. Good for families or adults. read more

The pizza, calzones, service, and beer are excellent. I've been here with my family of four 6-7 times and each visit has been 5 stars

Love their pizza. You can get all the traditional pizza toppings or opt for something more fun. The grape and gorg ( gorgonzola) is deliciously funky. I haven't tried the salads yet but all of them sound delicious. Mmmm mmmm read more

The crust is my most favorite crust from anywhere, hands down. Love to order a crust with just oil, garlic, and herbs. Their wings are phenomenal also, and the gyro pizza is so unique. read more

The dining experience I had at slack water was a rollercoaster. I was there with a few friends for our lunch break and we all ordered some pizza and appetizers. Our waiter, bless his heart, was doing his very best but forgot to add a couple of our pizzas and appetizers to the ticket he gave to the kitchen. He also forgot a couple drink orders as well. We got our food in the end, he was very apologetic, and we ended up having a few items comped, so everything worked out alright. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The only minor complaint I had was the table size. The four of us felt pretty squeezed in despite it being a four-person table. Other than that, it was a great experience. read more

Best Pizza for such a good price, this is our go-to date night spot. Abigail, one of the hostesses, is so sweet and helpful!

Went here with a large group. Everyone loved their food! The calzone is bomb. Will definitely come again.

We went to Slackwater on a busy Saturday night during the holiday rush and had a great experience! We ordered the spinach, artichoke dip and the tri-tip pork nachos and they were both delicious. We also shared a cardiac arrest pizza and a macaroni and cheese pizza for the kids And I enjoyed a Cuban sandwich. All were very good! We definitely will be back. The service was great as well! read more
