She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Our local Pool City, near Cranberry, told us that the West Mifflin location is the biggest in the area and had more selection than they had. So we made an hour drive to it and are so glad we did! We were lucky to get Kaitlyn assisting us today! She's very pleasant and super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry in the store. She helped us with dimensions and what items would go well together with the metal and different sets that might fit on our patio the best. She stayed 10 minutes past when she could have closed because she wanted us to be able to make a purchase and order since we drove so far to get there. She is such an asset at your store and an excellent employee and person! We'll definitely come back to shop with Kaitlyn again for other things we need for our new house.

I have had my water tested a few times and have done whatever I was advised to do but still not clear. Before last year my water was crystal clear even when I first opened it and when I would have my water tested, I would be told it was almost perfect. I followed your instructions to a T. But now!!! I am always happy with the people and service but very frustrated and disappointed with this water issue. I don't like looking at my pool and not seeing the sparkling crystal clear water.
