He let me know they needed a few weeks to schedule me in, which was fine, but kudos to them because unlike many people in home improvement related businesses, they called back to schedule and follow through when the time came. This was an investment for us, and we certainly put our trust in the right people. Everything they promised has proven to be 100% true. The SwissTrax flooring still looks great, many years later; and the cabinets are guaranteed for life. I recently had an issue, and Elijah, whom I remembered from the initial installation as being wonderful, immediately called back and two kind professionals, Kaine and Dante, were at my home the next day fixing the problem. I highly, highly recommend doing business with Pittsburgh Garage! Their integrity is the real deal.

We called and they sent a representative out. He took pictures and said they couldn't get to us since it was fall and the weather could be a problem due to temperature but that we would be first in the queue for the spring. Waited... No call to schedule so we called. We were passed to a couple of different people, no return calls to schedule. After multiple attempts, we were passed to someone for scheduling (finally). She told us it would be July! I do NOT recommend PG. Poorly managed, not much for a warranty, and the coating product they sold us didn't make it a full year! Ugh..

We have had Brooks do several floors in our house now and are very happy with his work! (Details on…read morethe projects below.) Brooks is a perfectionist who does beautiful and meticulous work. He does all the work himself so you know you can trust the project will be done well. He is also easy to work with, reliable, and charges very reasonable rates. We will definitely be hiring Brooks again for other floor projects in our house! We recently bought an old home in Pittsburgh (built in 1895) and have had Brooks rehab and refinish the floors in several rooms so far. He was able to hand sand and remove stains on the original parquet floor in the dining room which other floor specialists told us would not come out. When we bought the house, the landing of the staircase was unstained oak while the stairs and surrounding wainscoting were stained dark. Brooks was able to stain the landing to match the wood around it with exceptional precision. He was also able to disguise a few very unfortunate gouges in our living room floor that were made by the movers (we had JUST had Brooks redo this floor prior to moving in so were very disappointed about the damage caused by the movers). We were very happy Brooks could fix it!
