We started looking at the hot tubs, and I approached a salesperson because there were no prices listed. I informed him that my Dad was looking to buy a new hot tub, and before I could even finish what I was saying, he was extremely rude and said, "Well get your Dad down here and then we can talk prices." Apparently he didn't realize that my Dad was standing right behind me. I couldn't even believe that he was that rude. I then went up to another salesperson asking for the price of a specific hot tub, and he asked me why I wanted to know, and I said to him, "Because my Dad is interested in it." At that point, we walked away." We ended up purchasing from Valley Pool and Spa who had all of the prices clearly listed, and they were incredibly nice and professional. Our local Pool City, near Cranberry, told us that the West Mifflin location is the biggest in the area and had more selection than they had. So we made an hour drive to it and are so glad we did! We were lucky to get Kaitlyn assisting us today! She's very pleasant and super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry in the store. She helped us with dimensions and what items would go well together with the metal and different sets that might fit on our patio the best. She stayed 10 minutes past when she could have closed because she wanted us to be able to make a purchase and order since we drove so far to get there. She is such an asset at your store and an excellent employee and person! We'll definitely come back to shop with Kaitlyn again for other things we need for our new house.
