Erika (hope I'm spelling that correctly) took care of getting me discounts I would have qualified for had I purchased my supplies a week later than I did due to a sale. In July I called for hot tub repair. On August 24, the technician came out and looked at our spa for 5 minutes. I heard NOTHING. After 2 weeks, I called. I was told they were looking for a replacement part. Two weeks later, they asked my husband to come pay for the part. Two weeks later, I've heard NOTHING. It is now October, and my hot tub has not been repaired. Oh -- and they don't answer the phone on Fridays or weekends.

The staff at Alpine Pools, in Bethel Park, recommended the exact chemicals needed, recommended the correct time to let the chemicals work and most importantly, recommended when it would be safe to use. ALL of the "in store" staff has been understanding, helpful and informative. One employee that went "above and beyond" was Kloe. She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Now, the kids are swimming, pool is ready for the Memorial Day weekend and all is good with the pool. Thank you again, Dan and family, staff and Kloe

Yesterday they showed up at four on Friday when we were ready to host a party no heads up just showed up on my property . They were supposed to be here Monday . You can't get a hold of anyone . I've called numerous times without any call back or response . After the cleaning that lasted fifteen minutes or less I checked the pool to see debris and staining and pool levels that were completely off . Will be retracting our payment and reporting to BBB. Left several messages after and of course no response . The pool cleaning is a complete waste nor are they properly checking pool levels . I've had to go get the water tested at alpine pools and have them correct . Will be taking this matter to BBB !!!

Rays pools did such a terrible job installing a liner in our in ground pool, I think a monkey could have done it better. The liner leaked around the light almost immediately, and little folds or ribs developed on the liner on the bottom of the pool. We had to remove the liner they installed drain our pool and reinstall it ourselves as rays pools was no help, offered no help, offered no refund, ray just stood by his half assed work that a group of 4 years olds could've done better. The workers were loud noisy pigs too, left their cigarettes and trash all over our enclosed porch seating area. Again stay away this company is a headache and the owner incompetent. Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. While learning, I asked him if they're any charges and He said No! I will be discussing this with my Wife, and we'll go from there. When we make our decision, we will call Scott again for installation. Thanks Scott, I appreciate your time and candor!

Caribbean was convenient to our location and that is it. Caribbean over-sells the need for chemicals .
