We started looking at the hot tubs, and I approached a salesperson because there were no prices listed. I informed him that my Dad was looking to buy a new hot tub, and before I could even finish what I was saying, he was extremely rude and said, "Well get your Dad down here and then we can talk prices." Apparently he didn't realize that my Dad was standing right behind me. I couldn't even believe that he was that rude. I then went up to another salesperson asking for the price of a specific hot tub, and he asked me why I wanted to know, and I said to him, "Because my Dad is interested in it." At that point, we walked away." We ended up purchasing from Valley Pool and Spa who had all of the prices clearly listed, and they were incredibly nice and professional. I wouldn't recommend Paradise Pool and Spa to anyone.

They use contractors and you never know when they are showing up. I personally know another customer that had the same experience. Auto cover was not the right type and sticks up over pavers causing a hazzard that I have to keep weights on so the cap doesn't blow off. Do not use. You've been warned!
