Three guys showed up on 8-14-23 with one ladder that wouldn't even reach the 2nd floor outside…read morewindows. They spray down some chemical on the windows and were done within 15 minutes (40 windows total). When they came to the door to ask how I would like to pay I asked them why they did not use any type of squeegee or rags they said that they chemical does all the work. They also did not clean off a single window sill. I called their office immediately and the customer service girl was very apologetic and told me they would send out a different crew tomorrow. Update, 2 guys showed up today ( 1 from yesterday) and again with no ladder to reach the sills so they asked to come into the house and clean the sills from the inside. This was at 7:30 am. I refused to let them go to the second floor because my child was still sleeping. I will never use Fish Window Cleaning in Canonsburg again. A crew of lazy kids with absolutely no work ethic what so ever.
