According to RBK Enterprises, Inc.'s website, they provide the following services: window cleaning,…read moregutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, snow removal, pressure washing, painting, home remodeling, and preventative maintenance. So far, I have hired RBK four times. In November 2023, RBK cleaned my gutters. The employee arrived on time, spent about 20 minutes to remove debris from my gutters, and charged me a fair price. In June 2024, RBK pressure-washed my Trex deck. I waited about one month for RBK's appointment. A courteous employee spent almost one hour spraying my deck. Afterward, my deck looked very clean. Of course, the price for pressure washing a deck varies based on its size and dirtiness, but I paid $275 plus tax. In August 2024, RBK pressured-washed and sealed my concrete driveway, sidewalks, steps, and front stoop. An employee spent about one hour power-washing, and then weeks later, another employee spent about one hour applying a sealant. I thought that RBK's final price for the power-washing and sealing was reasonable. On September 2, 2025, I asked RBK to add me to their list for fall gutter-cleaning. They said that they would clean people's gutters by area and that they would stop by my house around November 17. I saw RBK servicing my neighbors' houses on November 11, 17, and 24, but they did not stop by my house. On December 1, they told me that they "received a very high volume of gutter cleaning requests" and that "with the temperatures currently freezing, we are unable to successfully clean the gutters." On December 22, they spent about 20 minutes cleaning my gutters. December 22 is the winter, not the fall. I did not appreciate that for weeks leaves had prevented my newish gutters from draining well and allowed ice to build up. The price was $182.

I had gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards redone on my home in April 2024. From the start, the…read moreprocess raised red flags--the quoting was done entirely over text, and I never received an official written estimate. We moved forward and scheduled the job, but after the old gutters were removed, the work was delayed due to rain. Unfortunately, the delay left my home exposed, and the crew didn't return for days. When they finally did, they failed to properly seal the seams at the ends of the gutters, and the debris from the job was left in my yard for over a week before anyone came to pick it up. During this time, I was also dealing with a deeply personal situation--my father was battling brain cancer. Despite that, there was no urgency or empathy from the owner, Jimmy, to finish the work or communicate clearly. Now, nearly a year later, I'm dealing with a leak in my family room ceiling where a new gutter was installed. The seam of one gutter is still leaking, and two gutter guards flew off during a storm. I've repeatedly asked for a final invoice, which Jimmy has avoided sending, offering only excuses. I've called numerous times, unable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full, and my texts have gone unanswered. I would not trust this business for anything. The lack of communication, poor documentation, absence of follow-through, and total disregard for customer service make this a company I absolutely cannot recommend.

We never had a problem until now. We used Mike for our siding in 2003 and he had done home repairs over the years. They said they would start working in the rain. I told them I felt uncomfortable with that and without any discussion they left and cancelled the contract that I had waited for months to be completed. I am blown away. I couldn't get in touch with anyone. When I finally reached Mike, he decided it was easier to refund my money than deal with an unhappy customer. Imagine. Now I am a very unhappy former customer. I hope I find someone more professional to do my home repairs.
