The other company lied to us about the prices (to make them seem lower) and we had to call all the contractors ourselves! I drained it down to 24" and refilled it. was clear for a few days. I have changed my filters many times, vacuumed with robot vac and hand vac. I have tried everything. my water remains cloudy. I have had my water tested a few times and have done whatever I was advised to do but still not clear. Before last year my water was crystal clear even when I first opened it and when I would have my water tested, I would be told it was almost perfect. I followed your instructions to a T. But now!!! I am always happy with the people and service but very frustrated and disappointed with this water issue. I don't like looking at my pool and not seeing the sparkling crystal clear water.

When we were buying the messed up the math as far as costs go…read more Afterwords, we had trouble getting information because they wrote our phone numbers down wrong as well. The process from buying to installation was a huge pain. The pool company, the delivery service, and the installers are all different companies. Companies I had to coordinate. Once digging costs were factored in (~$1,300), we spent over $9,000 dollars (not including the additional steps we had to do, like bond the pool and run electricity for the pump). A full store-to-set-up experience would be better, where Pool city coordinates and has all that work completed (at additional cost, I'm not unreasonable) would be better. After that, installation happened almost a month after originally planned. I understand weather is an issue, but when they finally did install we had only a few hours notice. If my wife had not been home that day we would have been bumped. Ridiculous. To be given at least a planned date would have been far more acceptable. Oh, and don't think for a moment installation includes the ladder. The instructions are terrible, and it floats even with nearly TWICE the recommended amount of sand. Not to mention they don't know their products and can't answer questions over the phone (assuming they answer). The equipment is all from different companies, and while are manuals for each, for almost $8,000 a set of maintenance steps would have been appreciated. Instead, I got a 1 minute run through of the equipment (which I do appreciate getting that much), and a suggestion to youtube the rest. Certainly they could put together a page or two of paper giving weekly, monthly, and seasonal maintenance steps. The ladder/stair design is terrible; it floats out of position, the shelf for sand is too small, and the struts that hold the ladder to the stairs are very difficult to install. Run away, would leave zero stars if I could
