The project was started quickly, completed on time, was on budget, and the workmanship was outstanding! The painting crew quickly and very neatly painted our kitchen and dining room. No missing spots, no drips, no runs, furniture removed and replaced. Mike and his team did quite a bit of work in the bathrooms. They replaced toilets, cut holes in the tile wall for new outlets, and replaced old pedestal sinks with new floating vanities and sinks. The work was done efficiently and correctly. They had all the right tools and parts, and everything went together beautifully. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up thoroughly and hauled away all the trash. We will definitely use then again for the next job!

At first, we stumbled quite a bit, but once we met Mike, he guided use to a beautiful water feature. Last weekend, Mike came by himself and drained and cleaned our whole pond, about an 11,000 gallon pond. Mike was very thorough and an extremely hard working man. He was very prepared to do the entire job. On Friday, he worked 11.5 hours nonstop with a goal in mind. He was very careful handling our koi and goldfish. On Saturday, he worked 9 hours to complete the job. For as hard as he worked, his final cost was extremely fair, but most important to my wife and I is that we trust him. He delivered everything he promised. His honesty has gained him a very satisfied customer for as long as we own this pond. We would highly recommend his services to everyone who asks.

Then a couple weeks later, yet another sewage disaster turned the job into a much larger project with redoing all the flooring in the entire basement and more drywall, plus two doors, frames, molding, etc. It was such a nightmare at first but Garrett did a wonderful job making it all right for us. The bathroom is so much better and it's a lovely classic style so we won't have to do a basement reno any time soon! The flooring is beautiful throughout. Garrett is so meticulous too, he noticed and fixed all these little things that I wouldn't have even been aware of, and his prices were very reasonable. Definitely a good value!

They will rip you off and not do any work. And then when you take em to small claims they won't pay. Cuz someone is broke and not paying their insurance premiums. Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls. They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.
