Oh what can I say about this place. I went here based on word of mouth. My coworker informed me of…read moreanother employee who had this as his side business. I decided to give my business to his company. I made my down payment and they said up to 3 weeks. Week 4 rolled around and I had to start calling. Run around. Then week 5 I said I was going to be out of town on vacation. The assured me it would be done. I informed them that I would have someone pay them in my absence. Guess what I came home and still no pool. Then I completely lost it. The next day after returning home they arrived here at 7 am. Installed the pool. They put it in quickly and made some mistakes. 3 years later my pool is ruined because of the installation. It leaks and now the outside has rust marks. I recently paid $700 for liner and installation. Think twice about who you're dealing with here.

Awful experience last week. I have seen her do this to other customers as well. Her being the…read moreowner. I went in to have my water tested, as I have done many times. After the test was done the lady started to do some work on the computer, thought she was going to print the report like usually. Instead, she told me she could not help me because I am not buying my chemicals from them. Apparently, she looked up my account. Guess she did not look at last season, and the last purchases in September for the pool closing kit. She told me this after dumping out my water sample, so I could not go to another place for a water test. I had a bunch of chemicals that I had purchased from them last summer, so I did not need to buy any this summer. She had me tell her what I had at home before she would tell me what I needed. I knew I had some high chlorine and was cutting back on it, I had to ask multiple times for the chlorine level. Turns out the chlorine level was low, which could have led to other problems, but no, she did not volunteer that information. I had a bunch of extra chemicals because I think they try to over sell you chemicals. When they have been closed, I have had to go to other pool places to get my water tested and they usually reply my water is OK, so I don't need to add chemical. I have been going to the Pool and Spa place for 12 years, ever since we moved to Bethel Park. I have bought pumps, filters, parts, a pool liner, and all my chemicals from them. I have had a couple of minor annoyances, like when they put a hole in the new pool liner they were installing and simply put a patch on it, so my 'new' liner came with a hole. Should you really treat a customer of 12 years in an awful and spiteful manner?
