First they claim that it was sent to the wrong address, and now they claim the check was mailed on 7/1. Calls to both the company and their insurance partner have gone nowhere. Prices are low to moderate. For example, I thought that the prices for sheets and quilts were much lower than what competing stores charge. My husband waited about one hour while I shopped in this store. I kept wandering around the numerous aisles, and we lost each other! I sent him repeated text messages, and eventually he found me. I picked out seven products for my kitchen and dining room. At the checkout, the cashier immediately greeted me, correctly scanned my products and charged me, carefully wrapped my breakable dishware, and thanked me.
