I usually shop in person, but for large items that do not fit in my vehicle, I shop online for local delivery. The employees have served us promptly and politely. The furniture is built to be reasonably priced, so it is not a high quality. For example, many years ago I bought a couch, and it lasted only months before foam fell out! As a result, I will never again buy a coach here, or any other important furniture such as beds, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Instead, the furniture that I usually buy from IKEA is bookcases and desks. I own several IKEA bookcases. I do not like that the bookcases with doors tip over, but I do like the quality of the bookcases without doors. I like the metal bookcases over the engineered-wood bookcases because they are water-resistant. Sometimes I buy some small home goods such as bath mats, which are a very good quality and have a low price. IKEA also sells other home goods such as kitchenware, light fixtures, storage containers, artificial plants, and pet toys. This IKEA also contains a restaurant. I recently ate lunch there, and I rate the foods as 4 stars.

The store was not difficult to navigate as I looked up the locations of my planned items beforehand. It is quite large, so keep that in mind when you visit. I opted to focus on the items I needed and was there for two hours. I would have been burnt out if I had window shopped as well, so I will return another time to do that for smaller items. Many prices were low to average, which was great. I also enjoyed their restaurant which had great prices as well. The only downside was that the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked, but not horrible.

And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. We didn't want to have an eclectic set of chairs and, thankfully, my wife had done her homework. There are chairs available where you can add or remove the extension; this allows you to have matching chairs where you do not have matching heights for the eating surface. We entered and were greeted by a young man named Dresden. Dresden was personable, professional, and helpful. We had questions and Dresden was honest that he was newer to the store but he would get the answers where he did not know the correct response right away. Yes, we had questions. We had two options to choose from and Dresden let us know that the cheaper option was available sooner for delivery. We decided to have the chairs delivered and got the insurance as we expected the chairs to get heavy use. It was all a great choice. The chairs arrived in sturdy boxes well protected and two men brought them to our second floor apartment where they unboxed the chairs, added the extensions for two of them, and placed them in our apartment. I could not have been happier with the experience, the value, and the options.

Honestly, that made the entire situation so much better but I didn't feel pressured to keep on answering questions and making small talk with the staff while feeling like I had to make a purchase or had to make a decision right then and there. I was able to test out all of the furniture that I wanted and to have a friend discussion with the people that I was with about those pieces without someone watching us and throwing in their own input. It was honestly great. The prices here are high but I feel that I can say after going to a few furniture stores that the prices are comparable to the quality of the goods. And I'm okay with spending a little bit more money if my furniture is going to last longer and hold up. I'm not saying that I throw parties and rage on my living room furniture but it is good to know that if my nephew's come over that it will survive a weekend with some little children. I will say that if you are looking for some new furniture at least stopped in to see what they have here. While expensive it might be better than any other option. And you could be saving money in the long term when you don't have to replace your furniture very often.

After the guy "fixed" our fireplace, our logs crumbled after a few days, rendering our fireplace completely unusable until we could get new logs (which cost $700) and took over 6 months to arrive. Even after new logs, our fireplace wouldn't work. Because it was more than 90 days after the service tech came out, they want another $200 and 2 more months wait for a tech to look at it. Service rep is rude, and none of their employees communicate. We're over $900 and almost a year into this thing and all we are left with is frustration and and a non-working fireplace. Take your money elsewhere.
