I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. You are forced to pay for an extra month prior to shred with current cost of 1100$/month AFTER you request the shred. We asked for a chart out of those records during that extra month and were told we would have to start the shred process over, paying another month of 1100$ . You can not get response from customer service. I have overspent 2200$ waiting for responses to get the job done.
