THE WORST. First they tell me 24-48 hours for information regarding my MacBook Pro laptop and I heard nothing so after many, many phone calls it took 10 days for a new board with NO data recovery. So they sent my old board out of state for data recovery and it's been 3 weeks with no customer service. I constantly call them again but nobody knows anything. They have killed my business that is contained on my laptop with their lack of Mac repair knowledge and lack of customer service! BEWARE! Mac book 2019 16 inch just stopped working. Brought the laptop into apple, apple got it working again for about a week. Brought the laptop back to apple they tried to get me to buy a new laptop. Didn't want to just throw my laptop away. Brought it into just mac. They were able to diagnose what was wrong with the laptop. The security chip had failed. They were able to keep my laptop out of the e-waste pile. Would recommend. read more

DaVon is amazing!! After another store tried to charge me for an LCD screen (when mine was not messed up) on top of the charge for the cracked glass, I took my phone to Just Mac. DaVon was working and he was very honest and patient discussing the broken phone. He was able to verify my LCD was NOT broken and he had my phone fixed up and ready to go in just an hour! I took my phone in to have a cracked screen repaired. What started out as a 15-20 min repair had turned into a 1-2 hour repair to a "can you come back and pick it up in a few hours". They called me when it was ready only to pick it up and my phone was no longer working, the touch button had been broken. It took them a additional day to repair, a day later my phone is no longer charging or reading that the battery is fully charged. I took it back they said they would repair but I would have to pay for the things that they broke on the phone. They do not stand behind their work nor do they resolve the issues they created. They are not reputable company to do business with. And wish I would have had this info before I entrusted them with my phone. read more

Just wanted to share my experience to warn other future customers who are looking to repair their technology affordably. We have had 2 repairs with Just Mac both which have been due to water damage. The first time one of our MacBook Air's needed a battery replacement, Just Mac effectively repaired it and the MacBook continues to work. However we had a horrible experience with another one of our MacBook Air's. We brought it to Just Mac for water damage because of our prior "good" experience. They did an LCD replacement for 400 dollars. The repair took 2 weeks and staff was very unreliable and uncommunicative. We called them various times throughout the weeks asking for an update and for a call back, they never called us back and we felt like we were begging for information. Once we picked up the macbook it appeared to be fine,however, it wasn't until later that day that we realized the macbook wasn't charging. We returned the next day and they seemed very apprehensive on what the damage was and how much it would cost. They decided it was in need for a battery replacement which would be another 300 dollars. The warranty could not be used because it excluded water damage, however, we did not know until after it was in need of another repair. We decided not to return and instead got it fixed at another shop. This other shop informed us that the Macbook was missing screws on the inside!!!!!! Save your money and do not trust Just Mac. read more
