I had a single request. I requested him to root my android device. He told me over the phone he would be able to do it, provided me a fair price and promised 3 months support if there are any issues. I met him later that day and spent about a hour with him. I am very dissapointed because while he was doing the work he never told me that he was going to factory reset my device- thus I lost everything defeating the purpose of why I needed to root my phone which was for the purpose of recovering deleted files.He explained after the fact that factory reset was required for what I needed, while that might be true the correct way was to first explain it needed to be done so I could asses whether I was going to go through with the process or not. He did accept responsibility and say that it was h is fault for not explaining that he was doing that and said he would do everything to assist me. I withheld writing a negative review because he did try to assist me in finding a solution for a week after this happened, however after our last communication when I requested how to reset my phone so I can remove all the developer options from it(what he did it to it)- he replied in the email that he is blocking my email address and phone number and referred me to a developers blog online. So much for sticking to his word of providing support to his clients. Buyer beware! Using his service now has caused me a bigger issue than I originally had. read more
