I had called a bunch of roofing companies but most were just interested in roof replacement and not repair. SO glad we got the referral to South County Roofing! We had an old water stain we recently found on a closet ceiling as well as an old water stain on our kitchen ceiling that we wanted to get checked for a roof leak. Jesse came out to take a look for us - he was kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable! He reassured us that the old water stain from the closet was not likely to be from a roof leak and suggested potential causes for the stain on the kitchen ceiling (stucco or chimney)- all part of the free estimate. He took pictures and told us to call him if we noticed any new water stains so he could better pinpoint the problem and he would come take care of us. Solid company! I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Glad I went with ASR. Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).

I really like how Francisco used the highest quality material for all his roofing projects. Trust me I googled everything . I loved how he quoted me one price for everything. I was between 2 companies in the end and decided to go with Fox. Fox roofing does not nickle and dime. They included all the little stuffs like painting in their quotes, instead of just priming. Ít is nice to know that once the roof is done don't need to hire a separate contractor to do all the little work. Francisco was also the first person to give us a solution on a problem area of the roof we needed to address. His team is very meticulous and considerate.
