They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. Nadia and her assistant seamstress knew exactly what to do. They took in the sides above the waist, sewed the V-neck closed in a flattering and modest way, tightened the elastic in the sleeves making them drape nicer, and cleverly added stiff netting inside the sleeves at the shoulder to make them pouf better. The dress fit perfectly and accentuated my figure. My husband and I were very pleased with the alterations. Nadia was very pleasant and professional. My dress came out beautiful and I am so excited to wear it in just a few weeks! I also used Lori to alter my grandmother's wedding dress. It's a delicate dress that was a bit small on me. We added panels, removed the sleeves, cut the length of the dress, and added some beautiful gathering in the waist to create an ankle-length gown with a boat neck style.
