I went in and sat in the chairs near the door as a customer was on both stands being fitted. I had my item in my hand I couldn't be missed. I wasn't greeted when I walked in but that was fine. A gentleman walked in and walked up to the counter and she was finishing up a fitting and asked him how may she help him. He knew he was wrong and so did she so I got up and walked out. I drive past a closer alterations business to go to Perfect Fit because they do good work and I generally get my items back within a week. On the rare occasion something hasn't been right they don't hesitate to get it fixed quickly. They seem to do a lot of wedding dresses, prom, etc. so appointments are encouraged (have overheard this being said) for those items. I'm not sure whether their pricing is in line or not with other places nearby so I can't speak to that. read more

Rachel and her team absolutely incredible! I drove over an hour round-trip because she came highly recommended for my wedding dress alterations, but I would honestly drive more if needed! Rachel is SO sweet, very detail oriented, and does not rush you at all during your fitting. She really wants you to love your dress, how it looks and will do any and all alterations she can. You can request multiple fittings if you want to. If you are getting your alterations done towards the end of summer I would recommend scheduling an appointment during the week becasue the weekends are quite busy. read more

Really good work and excellent customer service. The fixed a slipcover for a chair that ripped in the wash. We thought we'd see how much they would charge. We walked in before closing and they fixed it ON THE SPOT and charged a very reasonable fee. I'd used them in the past for basic hems etc. and will use them again. Highly recommend. read more

I have had a lot of different pieces of clothing either hemmed, taken in or holes patched at several different tailoring locations and no one has ever done as good of a job as the lady here. She does amazing work, she is fast and her customer service is some of the best. I have already brought in over 4 different items and I am always impressed with her work. Angie and her assistants were amazing! My wedding dress was very complicated being that of an Alfred Angelo Disney Princess Belle dress. I had to get a bustle added, have inches of tulle taken off, the silk under skirt cut and hemmed, and had the bust taken in to fit me. With the multiple embroidery beading pattern, and problems with my shaw, this crew did an amazing job and prices are reasonable. I had one-on-one attention and had all my needs met.
