I'm a fan of Skyfoods in the Skyview Center mall. It's my top choice for stocking up on Asian groceries. The size of this place is impressive, with a huge selection that really makes it a one-stop shop, for Chinese and other East Asian ingredients. Stocked with a massive selection of Asian vegetables, and fruits that are difficult to find in a traditional grocery store. Greatly appreciate the quality. From fresh, leafy vegetables and mushrooms to a truly staggering variety of snacks, sauces, and noodles, their inventory is fantastic. The dedicated seafood and meat departments are also well-stocked, never saw live eel sold in a grocery store. Being inside the Skyview Center is a huge plus. It's great to be able to hit up BJ's wholesale, TJ Maxx and other stores in the same trip, and the indoor parking garage is a game-changer, especially on bad weather days. Compared to some of the other supermarkets in Flushing, Skyfoods feels noticeably cleaner and brighter. The aisles are well-organized, making it easier to find what you need. Checkout is wonderful, no chatty cashiers, just simple, polite, fast checkout! For a huge, reliable selection in a convenient location, it's a solid four stars. Tip: The hot food section is a lifesaver for a quick and affordable meal. You can get a solid lunch box combo with rice, several dishes, and soup for a great price. It's especially good earlier in the day when the food is freshest. 2nd tip: Spend $40, get 3 hours of free parking.

After Target, my parents and I came here to shop at SkyFoods which is conveniently located at the lower level of Skyview Mall. From the main entrance, go down the escalators and keep walking straight until you see Fay Da Bakery then turn left or you can just hop on the elevators! My parents like shopping for fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, etc. I like shopping for yummy snacks and beverages lol =) Also, you can buy hot food but the two times that my parents bought something there didn't taste good.

Every time we go to this mall in Skyview. We end up going to Skyfood super market. If u buy $45 or more u Get free parking. Better than paying $3 parking? This place is big.. Lot of things to buy.. But always to crowded.

The most disgusting apples I've ever seen Just got it this Saturday, opened three apples in a roll, woah la

Peaches I purchased from Skyfoods: $2.5/peach. includes mildew tumour and parasite eggs. $30 for 6 mangosteen, 100% Each one of them already corrupted, became disgusting thick ropy yellow instead of white color.

Pretty cheap groceries here in my opinion. Every penny counts nowadays! There are enough cash registers to get your groceries ringed up in time to make the 3-hour free parking limit! There is a good selection of produce, meat, vegetables, condiments, snacks, seasonings, etc. They usually have almost everything I am looking for to cook a good Chinese meal! Lee Kam Kee is my ultimate partner in crime, believe me! Conveniently located inside the SkyView Center. You can do other shopping in the same complex besides for groceries. See the directory on their website: http://www.shopskyviewcenter.com/directory

Show me ASIAN fresh food finds! Sky Foods also owns and operates Chung Fat supermarket on Flushing's Main Street. However kudos for this somewhat newly inducted supermarket in Sky View Center as their produce and vegetables are fresh gargantuan selection which even established competitor as HK Supermarket do not carry selected Asian vegetables. What being Chinese means to me is of what Lo Fans haphazardly callous to degrade and undermine it, but I always immerse further of haunts with fung6 zaau2 (phoenix talons) in one's face and all genres of Green Tea (never coffee). All things Asian not limited specifically to Chinese but Japanese rice, tea and a good selection of my absolute favorite Green Tea ice cream, including Taro ice cream, and Red Bean ice cream. There is a gargantuan selection of Asian junk food, whoa... I could spend hours immersed here without a care but to be free from this vulgar callous world. Gyoza are plenty, Dou4 Hua1, a huge Asian herbal tea selection, dried goods, Aloe Vera drink, Panko for Tonkatsu, plus various Asian rice wine vinegar, Tonkatsu sauce among many Asian spices but sadly no Saffron. This particular Sky Foods is very organized and clean to be the Asian version of the America's Stop & Shop. With its gargantuan space, patrons never fall perilous prey cramped in microscopic narrow aisles. It sits inside Sky View Center shopping complex. It stands from reasonable to near bankrupt for price. Now my must-go-to for my Asian groceries which is required in my household as always, culturally, I personally prefer Chinese cuisine.

Typical Chinese Asian supermarket in Flushing. The market carrys all your basic produce, meat, fish, grains, canned, dry, and frozen goods. One of the big high points of the supermarket is the free 3 hour parking at Skyview. Be very cognizant and manage your time wisely, if you don't and go over 3 hours, they will charge you. They have a hot food section on premises and sometimes you can get a nice quick meal for a reasonable price, I say sometimes because the food is not consistent in quality. The meat and produce is always fresh because the turnover is pretty quick, people are buying up food like they're storing up for a natural disaster. There are many different food vendors handing out samples, you feel like you're at a "BJ's or Costco" the only difference is they don't sell items in bulk. Once your shopping spree is over, the check out counter girls quickly processes you out. I am always amazed with the efficiency of check out counters in Asian food markets. Do yourself a favor and try not to park at the same parking level as the supermarket, you will be sorry. The drivers are "NUTS!" People make fun of asians as being bad drivers. When you come here, you start believing it! But just for the record. I am a Great Driver!

I really like this supermarket because it has everything that you can ask for in terms of a Chinese supermarket. It has fresh produce, meats, and even a food court. I haven't tried the food yet from this food court, but I would say it looks pretty fresh. I usually would come to skyview mall on weekends, and during the day they would usually have free hot food samples, which I think is an amazing business practice. It allows you to get a taste of what you're going to buy before you buy it. And the ladies serving the food are more than generous in letting you have seconds, just in case you couldn't make up your mind with the first bite. Occasionally there are things on sale, but its random, so you'll have to come check it out for yourself. I have to say that skyfoods get very crowded on the weekends, but which supermarket doesn't? People are usually off on the weekends. I went this past Tuesday around 7pm and it was just empty and easy to maneuver around. Come here on weekdays if you can.

So neat...before the crowds come in.

My four star rating is only for their " Sky food court" section. Their lunch boxes are $5.50 for rice base, 4 dishes, and a soup. The choices are plentiful and I'm always happy with the quality here. They get a lot of business, especially from construction sites around flushing, so I would avoid it around prime time 12pm. I came here around 11am-- everything was fresh and hot. There's barely anyone here around 10-11am on a weekday. It's the calm before the storm. They carry most of the Asian snacks and cooking necessities here. Regarding their seafood section, I would stay far far away. A friend told me she saw 3/4th of the fishes floating sideways (aka dead) in their tank. Just think about the contamination....

They slices up top were huge but these bottom slices are of quarter and dime sizes. How disappointing to do this to loyal customers.

How do I place an order online for delivery in Queens?

I do know the delivery service to different company

    Does skyfoods accept american express?

What do I know is only accept Visa And Master card

How does the free parking work?

Also if you end up parking for more than hours, it discounts the price by the $3 (or is it $4 now?) that the 3hr is worth.

DC Market (德昌DeChang in Chinese) is one of many places to shop, and they specialize in meat and takeout meals. This location is similar in size to their Chinatown location, though Flushing has more of a rectangular layout in contrast to the long narrow layout in Ctown. Their butcher counter is pretty much unparalleled compared to other Asian supermarkets with the exception of maybe large format Hmarts. DC carries a wide breadth of edible animal products both au naturel and marinated, including more familiar meats such as pork chops, short rib, flank steak, sea bass, running the gamut to less commonly appreciated though edible parts like frog legs, pork lung and hocks, beef tongue, whelk. Marinated specialties like tangerine peel minced beef and pork ribs in pickled plum sauce caught my attention, among many others. The second largest section is the ready-to-eat food section, with items pre-portioned in takeout containers, priced by the container. This area is composed of several counters with a wide selection of steamed, deep-fried, baked, sautéed and stewed dishes, all categories covered--vegetables, meats, carbs, savory and sweet--food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall food quality is not quite on par with good restaurants as some other reviews mention, though not too bad if you're looking for a quick simple meal. Aside from aforementioned meat, some seafood, and takeout, they have a suitable breadth of fresh produce, refrigerated/chilled, dried and frozen foods. What you don't find too much here are packaged snacks and processed foods, which I suppose is a good thing.
