Will you kids have fun and play here? Sure. Kids can have fun anywhere honestly. Was this place worth the price? Absolutely not. This is a $20 trampoline park max, not a $32 PLUS sock price for a whooping 90 minutes. The Good: Fun floating/moving obstacle course the kids loved. Basketball court and dodgeball ring for the older kids. A section available for free jumping. A water fountain with one of those bottle refillable spouts at top (free water!). Free adult entry if not jumping. Couch seating for adults not jumping. The music playing in the background. The Bad: The price of admission. The dirty bathroom with toilet wads on the ceiling, no toilet paper in the stalls, no paper towels to dry hands (mind you we came right when they opened so honestly this should have been checked before they opened the doors to the public.) Every activity involving staff involvement was closed ( Trapeze area, etc). At one point one of the guys in the floor opened the zip line but it was for a whooping 10 minutes not even joking, then he closed it down and went to hang out with his friend by the stairs. Also, the fact that the staff consisted of 5 people: the 1 cook, the manager standing in the front with the 1 front desk clerk, and finally the 2 young men walking the main floor.....those two men specifically did not do much of anything other then hang out by the entrance stairs talking and playing in their phones. So in conclusion this place has potential but just never quite lives up to it.

My experience at Skyzone Riverside has been nothing but a true blessing. I've had so much fun with my best friend and my brother in law for over a year now. I wanna give a special thanks to William the manager (black shirt), he's such a humble dude and has been nothing but welcoming and kind to us. I highly recommend going even just for the hospitality of William! 5

This is Room 2 upstairs, which is the best room since you get a view of the whole place

I hosted my daughter's 7th birthday at Skyzone Riverside, I had a large party and I was incredibly impressed of how smooth the whole experience went. Emily (skyzone staff) help us the entire party to ensure whatever we needed help with was done. Also William (manager) came to greet us and explained the total amount of our party. He was really polite and helpful at the time of check out. I recommend this place for a party anyone that is looking for a stress free birthday.

Thermostat reading during our party -- 84°F inside.

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We booked the Mega Package expecting a fun and comfortable event, but the facility's air conditioning was broken. It was extremely hot inside, so much so that many of the kids didn't even want to continue jumping, some developed headaches, and it honestly felt cooler outside than indoors. We weren't even allowed to use our reserved party room until the last hour, and when we finally got in, it was just as hot in there. What made this worse was the fact that the facility advertises heat safety, yet instead of addressing the issue, it felt like they just wanted us to purchase more drinks at the concession stand. Multiple staff confirmed the AC was out, but no accommodations were offered. For the price of the Mega Package, I expected much better. This was not the comfortable, safe, or enjoyable celebration we had planned for our daughter.

I came to leave a review today and was a little surprised to see quite a few negative opinions. I understand that every family has different expectations, but since we've had a very good experience here, I wanted to share our side as well. Our first visit was for a birthday party, and watching a group of boys -- including my son -- having the best time running, jumping, and laughing convinced us to try the membership, especially since we live close by. Since then, we've stopped by frequently whenever we had some extra time, and it has always been an easy, low-pressure place for our son to burn energy and leave satisfied. To be honest, for a girl's birthday party with themed photos and decorations, this place might not fit the aesthetic some parents are looking for. It's nothing like Candeeland at Tyler Mall -- which is cute, colorful, and perfect for pictures. Sky Zone Riverside is different. It's wide-open, energetic, and built for kids who want to move, throw, climb, and go all out. I noticed a review saying the staff here looked very young, which is probably true -- but I personally saw that as a positive. One weekday afternoon when the place was nearly empty, I watched two staff members testing the equipment themselves -- jumping, running, and trying things out. Maybe it was partly for fun, but it also made sense to me that younger staff would relate better to how kids actually use the space and what makes it enjoyable or challenging. I appreciated that more than a perfectly staged environment that's designed only for photos. We recently moved and planned to transfer our membership to the Sky Zone near our new home. That's when we found out memberships are tied to the location you originally sign up at -- which was disappointing. We ended up canceling here and re-enrolling at the location closer to us, but because we had such genuinely good experiences at the Riverside location, I felt it was worth leaving a review before closing this chapter. Before I finish, I want to mention one of the managers -- William. I don't really remember the names of other staff I've met, but his name stuck with me. He seemed to check the balance of the space quietly -- stepping in when kids needed help and stepping back when they just needed room to play. It felt like he understood the rhythm of the kids rather than trying to control the environment too much. Nothing dramatic happened -- just consistent, thoughtful management that we noticed over time. Every family looks for different things in a play space, and that's completely okay. But for families with energetic boys (or kids who simply need movement more than decoration), this location has been a great fit for us.

2 employees and kids who entered the ugly sweater contest.
    Vanessa P.

Our first time here was Thursday 12/5. We just dropped by not knowing it was a members only ugly sweater event. We joined so my son could jump. He just so happened to grab his ugly sweater on our way out of the house. He jumped and had so much fun. The employees up at the top watching the kids didn't seem too thrilled but the managers/staff who ran the ugly sweater contest were super nice and fun! Missing one girl (I think Amanda). It's employees like this that keep customers coming back.

This was my 1st visit to this location. The check in process was easy enough. We went shortly after opening and it was not crowded and everything was in good working order. The staff came helped when an attraction got stuck. Overall we had a pleasant experience. I do think it's a bit pricey for adults that are not jumping though.

    Ruby L.

We visited this location today and were extremely dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness and the deteriorating quality of the mats between the jumpers. There were some falling apart and areas where springs were all over the floor next to some of the areas. Horrible experience.

    Damaged safety equipment

Park needs SERIOUS maintenance. Multiple attractions are damaged and not available for use while they still charge full price for visiting. Trampolines are filthy and dangerous. Countless broken straps and loose padding over the trampoline springs. The park is also understaffed. Having so many closed attractions while still charging full price is ridiculous.

Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.

If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

We came prepared with shoes and socks (highly recommend!) so we didn't have to purchase socks when we arrived. Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. We made sure to thank them because they absolutely deserved it! Overall, this is a fantastic place for kids to play and have a blast -- and Torri deserves major recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and grace under pressure. She made our rainy day such a fun one! We will definitely be back!

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable.
