The manager at this location named Andrew. is the model for what other managers should strive to be. In the middle of a very frustrating and uncertain technical issue with the sky zone systems he was able to find a way to make the situation better for me and my younger brothers. I believe he is being the best manger he can possibly be. Side note: He was apologetic and easy to converse and emphasized with. 10/10 rating for him. The other managers weren't much of a help in anyway at all. Andrew is carrying the team. Another side note: He didn't get upset or rattled at all even when I was frustrated and not being the nicest to him. He really made the whole situation do a 360 and I'm very appreciative. We went to a party today from 10-1:00 and i must say I was very impressed... When you first walk in, you can smell how clean it is. Everything was clean and ready for the kids. Where to start??? We came here for a birthday party. Immediately, we were overwhelmed with no guidance. So I picked a line and stood in line only to be told to go to another line...socks are $4 dollars (we brought our own socks from some other jump business, but were told that we had no choice but to buy theirs) I guess they have party "packages" of 20, 30, etc. Since, it was only my son that got invited, anyone extra such as siblings or parents attending a party there they have to pay $15 and $4 dollars for socks. My total came out for a 4 year old and a 11 year old was $37 for 60 minutes of jump time! Once we got inside it was chaos! Too many people and a few kids got hurt while I was there. They did not regulate what time the kids had to get out (we were given time stickers to put on the kids backs) I guess with all created heat inside there was a smell of sweat and urine, maybe they don't clean the equipment??? The place is being ran by young kids it seems, because I saw a lot of safety concerns when kids were doing whatever they wanted with other kids around them. The best time to go is right when they open, less kids and chaos! The reason I am giving this place two stars is for our party room waitress. She was awesome with the amount of people she had to deal with. read more

Corporate here are greedy unreasonable turds. I didn't realize that they would keep renewing my girlfriends granddaughters membership month-to-month when I realized that was happening I let them know it was a mistake, and she only used the membership twice in the first month. They refused to refund my money and just sent me a copy of the membership agreement over and over. My son took a couple months off from bouncing and I renewed his membership. Once again I canceled it two days before it was supposed to renew it. Apparently it takes 2 to 3 business days to cancel and I let them know I wasn't aware of that and they wouldn't refund my money once again. read more

Inside of the riverside Skyzone is too hot. The AC is showing 81 degrees inside. The temperature is not even pleasant for parenting just sitting there. Imagine the kids jumping /running for hours. They may get heat stroke. I talked to the front desk, and was told their UC units are working at the maximal level. Outside it is 96 degrees currently. What if outside it 102 degrees. We bought monthly membership with a few friends together. I have been to many trampoline parks, the air inside those locations are much cooler. Maybe the UC units are not equipped to cool the whole space inside. read more

We came here recently with some family and those who jumped had a really fun time. The warped wall and zipline were some of the favorites. The concession stand will fill up personal water bottles with ice water, FYI. At one point, my daughter got hurt by another kid and the staff were extremely attentive and concerned about her well-being. Oh, and they require their socks, so be ready to pay extra on your first visit, and then just bring the socks back each time. read more

I like the place but the staff are terrible rude and they don't give a damn! There's 4 staff in the front 2 staff helping the tickets admission & theres 2 girls in the computer in the left side not helping the line & not helping the costumer in the food area. When i ask if they can help in the back they said to get in the ticket line & they just when back in their computer that I'm sure can wait. They didn't even offer any help at all. The staff in the back in the trampoline they are nice & polite. My boy & my friend kid are very thirsty & they don't even help to open the food section and the vending machine won't accept the dollar bill keep coming out. Came here at 245p with my wife and 2 kids. Bought their adult socks. I am a size 12 and they didnt stretch. They're were tough to put on and totally limited movement of my foot. If anything they were a hazard to have on. After explaining to one of the workers about how they weren't fitting right she asked my size and went on to tell me about how they have an employee who wears a 16 and can first them. Honey, just because they go around your big toe doesnt mean they fit. Last time we will ever come here and will tell my friends and family not to give this unsafe place our money. The process of getting inside and signing the required liability waiver was straight forward, plus the attendant (a young and beautiful girl with long black hair) was very knowledgeable and got us moving in the right direction and into the facility swiftly. There was plenty of seating for adults waiting inside, and there was an eating area with some fast food options. My brother, who works from home a lot, brought his laptop and worked on his project while we waited. My only regret was that there was no coffee available for purchase nor complementary. I think that having an adult beverage like tea and coffee at the food bar would be a good thing to make a more enjoyable experience for adults. These people act like nazis, make up rules that limit parents playing with their own children. Do not come here. Like can't jump in the same square as another person which is basically impossible as kids run around. Then I was told I couldn't hold my 5 yo hand as she jumped off a ledge onto a soft platform which was intended to be jumped onto, but the issue was me holding my daughters hand. read more

Had reservations for 9pm. Took 45mins before the kids got to jump. They shifted thie 90min session by 30mins and they close at 11. So, that left 15mins just flushed. At $0.34 per min x 6 tickets x 15mins = $30.60 I showed the manager the math. They did nothing! read more

Be sure to check your bank account after visiting this establishment. I went for a one time visit and ended up being charged multiple times for a subscription I did not request. I contacted the park and was told they'd cancel the subscription but I could only be refunded the money they deducted from my account by contacting their corporate office through a message board. I've done so twice and have received no response. I contacted the park a second time and they couldn't give me a telephone number for their corporate office or offer any other assistance in returning my money. read more

I bought 7 tickets for my daughter's birthdays party online and when we showed up, the assistant manager Natalie and the manager Brendon said that we could not enter because we didn't have a picture of the payment confirmations. I told him that I closed out of the page in error and lost the confirmation, but I did show proof that I made a $228.00 payment from my bank to Sky Zone Entertainment. Both Natalie and Brendan were rude and unwilling to help!!! I asked for a refund and they said they could not refund my money without the confirmation codes. They told me to call corporate to get my money back, but that was also a SCAM. I called the # and Brendan answered??!!?! Then when I went back to the location and spoke to Natalie, who called the GENERAL MANAGER, who also couldn't help at all said they DON'T EVEN HAVE A CORPORATE OFFFICE. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!!! We also paid for 1 1/2 hrs but IF we would've gotten in we could only jump 1hr because they need 30 min to clean. SKY ZONE MEMBERSHIP: Team members at this location are not informed of what they are selling. They would tell you, you can call the location to cancel your membership when you call they will not answer your call. You will leave voicemails and then there will be no response. Then when you finally get a hold of them, they tell you you can ONLY cancel by going through their website. Then when you FINALLY cancel, it tells you that the cancellation would take at least 10 business days to process. Long story short, I have never EVER been SCAMMED in my entire life till today, by the RIVERSIDE SKY ZONE. And to make matters worse this location has POOR HYGIENE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, and the STAFF is poorly trained. read more

0 stars if I could. After jumping here, the kids wanted to play in the arcade. Most of the games were broken down. The one that was working took my kids' money. We were told at the concession stand the front desk would refund. At the front desk we were informed a "new policy" was that they were no longer refunding money from the arcade that is "not theirs." There are no signs indicating this so we asked to speak to the managers. We spoke to a shift lead Vicki and Manager Erick and were told the would not refund my 8 year olds money.
