Took my son today (despite the negative reviews) since he really wanted to jump and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean (even saw the gals there cleaning) and they had a few small vending machines and counter for sodas and water. Lots of jumping areas. We will be back!

Update: this place really worked on itself. There are bounce houses in previously under utilized spaces. There are so many obstacle courses and ways to keep the little ones busy and off screens! I was so impressed by the improvements that were made by this place. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something to do with the family!

Toddler time was amazing. My daughter and her friends had the best time they kept the kids really busy the employees there were so kind good with the kids.

Just had our sons 10th birthday here and everyone had such an amazing time. First and foremost gotta shout out the guy they had running our rum upstairs for the VIP room, GIO. Such an awesome, polite , and welcoming host. We had a really big, bougie, and needy group and he handled everyone like a pro. Constantly kept checking in on us and was actually excited about his job. I'm a business owner and I respect the hell out of that. He had true pr8de in his job. Bragged about all the new add ons and add one coming soon. He set the tone for the day. The kids had a great time. The venue was awesome. They replaced a lot of their old trampoline space with bouncers. Great idea. We lopk forward to coming back when the back area opens up. Thabks for blessing our son on his birthday and treating us and our guest like true VIP

Trash overflowing

So we came back to this location for a birthday party. And let me tell you. The experience was 100% better. There was only 1 person working and he did a phenomenal job. Very kind, attentive, patient and WORKED the whole night. He didn't just stand around doing nothing. He was cleaning,, stocking the cold beverages, moving stuff around all the while being available of the party that was going on needed anything. The place was overall clean. And will be going back.

This was right after open on one of the bouncers and even in the bathroom there was cob webs. The floors had gum ground into them as well.

This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere, even right after opening. Carpets and floors hadn't been cleaned only two staff members so nothing is being cleaned at all. Shoes can be worn in any area. Bathrooms had no paper towels and no slip on shoes to use while in there. Watch out for the gum ground into the carpet as you are in socks.. the two staff members on were very nice.. but definitely not a whole lot they can clean while checking people in.

Ceiling falling off onto the trampolines in various areas the place was filthy

Dirty, Rude staff. Trash hair all Over like it hasn't been vacuumed and no employees supervising the jump areas. Pieces of the ceiling falling off with sharp edges some of the debris was actually in the trampoline. They turnoff the lights at 7 but some areas are so dark and again no employees supervising it seems very unsafe. This place was Clean organized and staffed a few years ago now it's falling apart and nasty and seems like the ceiling is going to fall off and really injure someone. Don't go here

Its really too bad that yelp doesn't let you chose 0 stars as an option because it would be really helpful for this review. We were so excited to take out, kids here for the first time and when we got there we were extremely disappointed. When you first walk in, there's only 2 computers to register at which we got to stand in line for almost 30 mins for. After filling out our registration, we stand in line to pay for our kids to jump. It comes out to roughly $50 for 1 hour. I mentioned a coupon that was available online and the kid had no idea what I was talking about which was annoying but whatever....After paying, were hearded like cattle over to this abandoned looking area with like 3 sets of cubbies and looking further back down the end of the building what looks like what used to be an arcade but now a sad dumping ground for old games that dont work. So our kids put their $4 socks on and take off. As im following them, I realized I needed to run out to my car for something and come back to find them and I just walk right in. It blew my mind that there was ZERO security or wrist bands or anything indicating that I was someone's parent and already paid which then pissed me off that I actually paid instead of just walking in since that was clearly allowed. What realllllllly concerns me is the fact ANYONE can just walk right in and snatch someone's kid! Again, ZERO security watching for people coming in and or leaving. Shame on you Get Air. That SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY! I really want to pull my Karen card and speak to someone higher up about that. I didn't feel safe taking my eyes off my kids for 1 second bc of that unfortunate fact. After about an hour, my kids are dying of thirst of course so I brace myself to find a snack bar and spend $10-$12 dollars on a simple drink for them but to my surprise, THERES NO SNACK BAR. NOTHNG. NADA. ZIP. There are however empty vending machines conveniently located in the abandoned cubby/empty arcade graveyard area. So that was kind of Get Air to provide. Thanks for that. Not to mention, ZERO NADA ZIP soap in the bathroom. And empty hand sanitizer dispensers attached to pillars around the place. Which then leads me to think, every single person walking around in this building, hasn't washed their hands after using the bathroom INCLUDING STAFF. GROSS.....and my kids are literally swimming in a pit of foam full of germs. COOL. This place is DISGUSTING and after the no soap incident, I walked up to the counter where I paid and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't 1 available to me but they'll let someone know about the no soap. Thanks kid with no name tag so I can't even name drop here. I will NEVER come back, allow my kids to come back and will let everyone know that unless you'd like to fear you're going to end up on a Netflix special where your kids been kidnapped in broad daylight, end up with hepatitis from how dirty it is, have your kids possibly pass out from dehydration because there's ZERO beverages sold there, and spend an arm and a leg while doing all this, DO NOT COME HERE! Im attaching my receipt as proof we did come today, im hoping someone will see this and do the right thing and refund my money. I really wish I would have provided photos of this dump but unfortunately due to my fear someone was going to snatch my kid if I wasn't watching their every move, I wasn't able to.

Leeanna C.

This trampoline park has your standard safety waiver. You'll need to complete the forms at the computers when you walk in. After you pay at the register, they'll give your their socks to use and send you off. The play area itself is clean and fun. The party areas are short on supplies and a bit disorganized. The bathrooms are unkept and missing standard hygiene items, they're just plain gross. Skip!

They play movies now

I've been coming to this location for a while, and it's always looked pretty run down. Recently, they had a change in management. And the place is looking a hundred percent better. The new manager is fixing the place up and the customer service has never been better. Thank you. Great time at the toddler time!

Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.

If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

When we showed up on our day, the staff that handled the check-in process was kind and helpful. They provided a rack on rollers to store all of our guest's birthday gifts, which made it really easy to roll everything out to our car at the end of our party time. Now about the trampoline park itself....let's face it....it's chaos. Full and pure chaos. Kids everywhere. Noise decibel level 1,000. You can't hear yourself think.
