Totally fun place to beat the summer heat. My only discrepancy was the price differential. One adult ticket, for 1 hour should have been 19.99. I was charged 20.99. The sales tax seemed to be incorrect as well.

The kids were going nonstop and were EXHAUSTED by the time we left! When we first got there around 3pm on a Sunday it wasn't too crowded and the kids had free reign to go everywhere without waiting. By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

He made organizing check-ins for all my players incredibly simple and ensured we had easy access to a table area for both players and parents, which made a huge difference for our group. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked us in and the other lady checked us out but they were both also very sweet. It got pretty busy but Anthony still checked in on us multiple times all while checking people in and running around working on other things. We were impressed with his level of professionalism and attentiveness as we had a fairly large party. We made sure to tip him. The facility was a decent size. It's closed in so it would be helpful if there was a little more ventilation circulating or air fresheners throughout the facility. It's smaller than Sky Zone and they should probably have more people staffed to watch over kids playing at each section. The staff that are there are working hard and busy so kudos to the entire staff I witnessed going back and forth all day. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and respectful to the adults and the kids. Our package was convenient, we had party bags, ice cream sandwiches, pizzas and drinks. I would have a party here again if we can choose to have Anthony as our host. He made sure our experience was pleasant with no worries.

We visited with six kids ranging from 1 to 9 years old, and every age had something to enjoy. The kids were running, jumping, laughing, and testing their limits--I honestly didn't see a single kid who wasn't smiling. My kids have been before and ask to come back every time we're in the area. The staff is friendly and upbeat, bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the snack area with both treats and healthier options like string cheese and fruit pouches. If you're in California and looking for an indoor place where kids can truly be kids and burn energy, Uptown Jungle is a great choice. We'll definitely be back.

WARNING...... DO NOT PURCHASE AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP! Uptown…read morejungle will tell you at the end of the year (12 months) that your membership has expired. However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge. What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free. I don't know when 10 months became annual, meaning a year, but apparently at Uptown Jungle, it does

Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.
