Just came back from Sky Zone in Riverside. It was for my niece's son's B'Day and, while the kids did have fun, this place was a debacle for the adults. First of all, they need to update their technology. To rent a locker they didn't have the option of tapping your credit card so, if you were using your card, you had swipe it and risk having your credit skimmed. The other thing I noticed was that the air conditioner wasn't working. The busiest day of the week and you were exposing active kids to extra humidity and had their parents and older relatives sweating profusely for just sitting down. That's just really lame planning on the part of Sky Zone. We were there for four hours, some in my party for six, and they couldn't fix nor rectify the situation in all that time? My party had purchased one of Sky Zone's birthday plans and one of the adults asked for a pitcher of ice water since it was sweltering. They had the audacity to charge $1.75. There was quality parking since it was all around the facility ... during the daytime. Once it became nighttime, there were no lights on the sides nor in the back of the building and so the parking lot was really dark and, especially nowadays, customers heading home during the dawn hours were vulnerable. There wasn't enough seating for adults who didn't partake in the park and the restrooms, predictably, were dirty, repugnant, and out of toilet paper. Suffice it to say, while the kids had fun and Sky Zone's employees were very friendly and conscientious, its facility's conditions were very poor. This place is the worst skyzone we have been to other sky zones in Yorbalinda and Anaheim and they have never been this dirty or hot. You do not want to touch anything here at all the the heat in this build is terrible it smells due to the heart and no air conditioning and nothing is sanitized or wiped down at all the manger really needs to take a note and visit other locations cause this place is the last place I would ever go to Shame on management there are kids here you should be shut down read more

I'm a first-time guests and had a disgusting experience. I had everything set up on-line, waivers signed, ready to go. I was advised to be there before 2pm to begin sign-in process, great! My 6 year old was so excited! I arrived @ 1:55pm and tried to check-in, little girl at the counter looked up my reservation... she then says I need to come back @ 2:30 and I must have all members of my party check in at the same time. I told her what Call Center rep. had told me, to be there before 2. She said my jump time was set for 3-4PM, birthday room 4-5pm, therefore, she could not check me in before 2:30pm... fine... it upset me a little, but I didn't want to ruin the day! I left. Due to a very long line that extended about 30 yards outside their building and Lobby being completely packed, l stood in line @ 2:15pm... the heat outside was rough.. finally made it inside the lobby out of the sun. It was 2:40pm and I was 3rd in line to be attended. This Location is grossly disorganized! I took pictures of the amount of people inside the lobby.. there were 3 lines forming to different places, there was no employee directing anyone towards any line! people didn't know where to stand, they were switching lines. a lot of people were upset. Also... I counted 8 staff members AND one manager, all of them YOUNG! I'm talking late teens, maybe early 20s... they were just standing around behind the desk. The only employee helping customers was a young girl with glasses... SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE! At 2:44pm, I get a call from Skyzone, she said "Hi, you are 15 min. late!". I got very upset and told her I had arrived at 2pm!!!!! I was refused to be checked in, even though I had a paid reservation... and i was still standing in line INSIDE THEIR LOBBY!!!! She came out of an office, took me out of the line and took me to a rep. to help me. She Didn't introduce herself, no "hi", no "welcome", NOTHING! Just told me to follow her!!! her name tag read "LEX". (Later found out she's the boss of that place) The kid-rep she took us to, had no idea what he was doing, it frustrated me to the core seeing all staff members behind the counter just staring at customers! doing absolutely NOTHING! 2:54pm My kid-rep. advises me they do not have waivers on file and i must fill one out for every child! What??? I had already done this ahead of time on their own website! and I had confirmation!! he said since they didn't appear in his system, we had to sign waivers for all kids again! He directed me to 4 computers there, however, 2 were DOWN and there was a line for the other 2. went back to the counter and did them all again through my phone. 3:06pm, submitted new waivers, he looks to his screen... and says they didn't go through, even though I showed him my phone to prove it, he had me fill them all out again!! I was livid at this point!! 3:15, one of my friends had printed out waivers for their 2 kids and brought them in, filled out, handed them to this kid... he looks up and says ... "We don't accept those, you have to do it on our website or scan a QR code on the counter". This friend of mine went through the SAME EXACT THING! She filled them out in their app... and done... rep. says "i'm sorry, I don't see them... you need to fill them out again". 3:24pm all waivers FINALLY registered! However, they STILL gave us 3-4pm time cards for all kids! after complaining, a manager was called... manager authorized new time cards reading 3:25-4:25pm tags. According to our reservations rep. @ the call center, SKYZONE was to have a HOST... and also a cart with my son's name on it... they were supposed to get all our presents, cake, accessories, etc. etc. and take them up to the second floor... where kids would eat and sing happy birthday.. however, NONE WAS PROVIDED! and NO HOST EITHER. 3:59pm, a girl tracks us down and asks to confirm out party/child name... Once confirmed, she ID herself as our Hostess "Summer"... she then tells us our party room was ready... and we needed to go now because we had until 5pm... however, this was only 30 min. into the kids' Jump time, which was suppose to end at 4:25. I explained what had happened and we had paid for one full hour of jumping. She had to go speak to a manager to authorize cutting 30 min. off our time NOW and give us 30 min. AFTER the party room had been vacated. Manager Ok'd it. only problem was that after eating pizza, cake and soda, half of the kids were "full".. didn't want to risk throwing up, so they left! I didn't want to cause a scene or be rude to anyone there, so I figured I'd speak with someone in corporate. I message corp. I get a call within 15 min. guess who it was? "LEX", from THIS location! I told her I needed to speak with corp. her response... "I am the top person you can speak to, I report to corporate and there's no one higher than me"... Sky zone is great. We come in the (weekday) mornings and it is really empty (which I love since my kiddos are very young). I can't speak to the weekend crowd, which I am sure is much more crowded and less fun for toddlers. Sometimes the trampolines are broken in spots or deflated (hence 4/5) and they don't have a great slide like the Temecula location... but my kids have a BLAST every time. If you're here, ask for Silas! He's the BEST. He played catch and tag and jumped around with my kids for 1.5 hours. He is the real MVP. He greatly increased our experience and I hope he's there when you go to visit! read more

Just left a party for my nephew here. The building is big with lots to do. It was very very hot today (over 100 degrees) and it was nice and cool inside. The party space accommodated our party of about 25-30 people. The staff was attentive from the check in on and came and checked on us at the party tables. Bathroom was clean. This place was really fun for the kids! It is reasonably priced and there is a food court area with drinks and food to purchase. I was a little concerned about how clean it was when I saw a cockroach on the stairs as we were leaving. Hopefully they don't have bug problems. read more

Recently I bought memberships for my 2 sons. I believe his name was Michael explained the benefits of us buying them which honestly is the reason why we got them. Had My son's birthday party there mid November and Jordan with the mustache was our server, he was great. However, the rest of the party was not so good. The pizzas were very old, hard cheese and inedible and we did not receive our T-Shirt and I paid $600+this party. I was promised everyday for 5 days straight that somebody would call me back. Management did not feela like doing their job, so I filed a formal complaint with my bank for a refund Since I did not receive what I paid for and Management did not care to pick up the phone and do their job and fix a simple mistake. I took my kids here for first time and honestly it was fun. I love how they have an area section off for the little ones. So the big kids are not jumping on them. I liked that the workers did kick out the kids that were too big to be in that area. Overall, I did enjoy and will return. Parking is annoying it's wrapped around the building. For one, customer service is horrible from Corporate down to the reps on site . We bought a gift card for my nephews to do a month pass. We assumed it would apply towards the purchase and their mom can tie a credit card to file if needed. They went to redeem and they said gift cards cannot be used for other than one time visit or snack bar , they told us to just buy the membership now and call to get a refund on the gift card. They never cleaned up tables parents from incoming party's were cleaning even after being asked where the trash cans were. SUGGESTION: for large groups booked they need to ask I'm advance size of shirts, socks etc. so they can be prepare for them incoming and placing them in bins for the party. Any party/group larger than 5 need to prebook. This will help with the flow and getting everyone in n out asap so they can enjoy their time. It's overwhelming at the front desk. Another thought is that they can have clip boards for each incoming group that includes sizes or what can be purchased etc so that either they can do this at front desk or they can submit it to front desk staff who is assigned to fill the bins/bags in advance. We arrived for my 9 yr old nephew's birthday and were given a room by the staff. While the kids were out jumping, Jordan came and with an accusatory tone barked "who let you in here?" And then proceeded to tell me we should t be in here because it's for ADA and we have to go to another room. ADA is understandable, but his approach was rude and wrong. They packed up all Of our stuff and said to follow him To the other room, which I did but had to stop to tell some of our kids we were moving because of course they came back to the room. He's only 4 but we had kids as old as 14 in our party and they were all entertained, so much to do. 2hrs in and my little guy still didn't want to stop - I had to bribe him with pizza. Birthday boy got a shirt but it looked like a dress on him it was so big. A 4yo doesn't fit well in a size Small kid's shirt but hey he looked adorable. The workers were so nice. I have been going to this sky zone for years. But now I just went and the place is dirty and all the places are closed and way too crowded. We will never come again due to uncleaness and closed places and when we asked for refund for only being there 30 minutes and payed 100 dollars, the manager was rude and sarcastic. Apparently I was jumping with my kid but a gentlemen that is sort of tall with short hair that is some what dark skinned with white air forces and a black Nike sign on his shoe said I wasn't able to jump with my daughter together which is confusing because I didn't see no rules regarding that and when this employee continuously went back and fourth to check on the kids he allowed other parents to play with their kids exactly as how me n my daughter were playing but didn't say anything at all and their was a handful. Like others have commented... where to begin? We've been coming weekly to Sky Zone Riverside for nearly 2 years. Weekly! The franchise-owned management did a wonderful, 4-star job! Their only negative was the pricing. It has been corporate-owned by CircusTrix and managed by Greg since about early 2023. That's when Sky Zone Riverside became the collector of 1-star reviews. Money, money, money! The bottomline is now focused solely on profit and not the customer/experience (while cutting big corners): * Staff don't get enough hours. * Courts are not staff monitored. * Cleanliness is not valued by management (the reason for mats not being sanitized!, bathrooms are gross, floors are sticky, etc.). * Long-time staff have all but quit due to this "circus" management. * New staff is not trained. (I actually don't know what they do if not monitoring courts or cleaning.) * The air conditioner has been knowingly broken for over a week, during the summer. Health hazard and possible violation. * Membership prices continuously rise. (Why? It's clearly not going to staff, back into the company, or back to customers.) * Sky Zone closes to the public, without notification!!, for Private Events. * Answering their business phone-line is non-existent. * Older jumpers are disrespectful, smoke pot in the parking lot and bathrooms, and set horrible examples for those around them. It's the only trampoline park in the area. Which puts me at a moral dilemma of continuing patronizing such an awful company. read more

Do NOT have a party here! I wish I would have read the reviews before we booked my twins birthday party. Their party was on November 11th. I guess they forgot about us because we had to go remind them that we booked a party room at 2:00 (it was 2:05). No one came and got us. The room was not set up. No cups, plates, napkins, decoration etc. They did not set up the food we brought. They brought us cold pizzas. We sent them back. We were promised a refund of $100 and I ended up getting $18.47 back to my card..?? After we left, I realized none of the kids got a water bottle, stickers, free passes and my kids didn't get their birthday t-shirts, all of which were part of the package we paid for. $643 down the toilet!
