Free pass that wasn't honored because previous associates stole them????

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW!!!! You can clearly see exactly what type of Owner you are dealing with... I would like to address the claim that I am rude and disrespectful I was NOT disrespectful to any staff. All I did was disagree and provide screenshot proof of the new owner stating in writing that he would honor previous purchased memberships etc in his new ownership announcement. That is when he said those coupons were stolen and he wouldn't be honoring them. I then replied that he is just looking to make it impossible for me to use anything that I previously paid for. He then cancels my membership and told me life is beautiful! My children and I walked out respectfully and went to uptown jungle. You can also see he replies to my review admitting to honoring "most" memberships and using the excuse that he is legally not required to! He is admitting to everything I have stated. I would like to provide some additional clarity my children have never used the membership since it was purchased June 29, 2025. We went to use it yesterday for the first time and we were denied the ability to use coupon because he said that they were not honoring them. This owner just wanted me to pay for the extra child I brought so he could try to net his losses for the day. Heads up for all my parents out there!!!! Sky Zone Laveen is now under new ownership and refuses to honor the coupons that our children were given by their schools for student of the month! he accused me of stealing these coupons because apparently before he took over ownership the associates had stolen 150 or more of these coupons! This new owner is shady. I purchased 2 summer memberships and he explains that he doesn't have to honor them... he is doing you a favor by even honor them because I didn't purchase the membership from him. bad business practices and such a shame! I normally don't post but I wanted to warn any parents before giving this location any of your business! See images below where he edited the post TODAY to add ALL PREVIOUS COUPONS ARE VOIDED because I called him out on the fact that he "said" he would honor all passes memberships etc. Sky Zone should ensure their loyal customers would be taken care of by new franchise owners! #SkyZone #badbusinesspractices

We decided to go to this Sky Zone to enjoy the morning with our daughter. We paid $72 for three people to jump. First thing you notice when we walking around the park and jump areas is all the trash and debris. We jumped for 15 minutes and I found a straight sewing pin that could have been very dangerous if mine or any other child had jumped on this. I brought it to the only staff member on the floor and she threw it away. We then tried to go to the playground and seen a whole lot of trash and empty icee cups plus a McDonald's cup in the tug of war section. This place is filthy and when I brought it to the attention of the manager. There was nothing said, just looked at me as if he couldn't care less. Then sent a team member out to start cleaning the ramp and stairways leading to the jump area. There was only one staff member on the floor who was helpful also the pizza is not good and over priced. We would not recommend this SZ location to anyone.

Oh my god so I've been at this location about 5 or 6 times prior, never any issues. Brought my kids on President's Day which I would think the place would expect a decent turn out being that kids are out of school. Feel like for once I want my money back because the place is all of sudden DISGUSTING! On a day like today there is no running water in the drinking fountain but it's not marked off that the fountain doesn't work and when I had to take my son to the bathroom none of the toilets are flushing and they are full. When my daughter went I asked her if the women's toilets flushed and she said no. Nothing's labeled though that things don't work so no wonder things are so dirty. And no one is visibly doing anything during my hour and a half of being here. This sucks! Crazy disappointed! What happened to this place! Only writing a post in hopes this gets fixed because I'd like to come back.

It's crazy that they charge full price for one year olds when THIS is where they can go.

It's crazy that they charge full price for one year olds when THIS is where they can go. (see picture) No where for them to jump. They have a "little leapers" area and this is part of it but nowhere for them to "leap"... THIS is labeled as the toddler area for under 3 year olds. Good thing you sign a waiver because they're literally asking for these kids to twist their ankles. My husband asked if they have times specifically for younger kids during the week because a lot of similar places do that and the guy at the counter said, "i dunno"..... Basically this was our first and last time here. we live in Laveen but we will continue to travel to places that care about their facilities and reasonably charge. For three of us to "jump" this was nearly $60 and see the picture-- it pretty much sums up our experience.

We ended up going back a couple days later and getting the annual membership. A couple gripes. The first time we went in, the people at the counter didn't explain anything to us. I had a bogo coupon that they almost didn't let me use. But they ended up allowing it, didn't explain the time limit or that wristbands, didn't point anything out. I obviously figured it out but it would have been nice to receive some information as first time guests. Also a little annoying that you have to use their grip socks. I specifically have grip socks for my daughter for different bounce places so I brought them but was told I had to buy them from them for $5. It's $5.49, actually, that I saw on the receipt. All grip socks are the same.

We purchased the family pack that came with a pizza and a pitcher of our choice of drink. We were asked three separate times the pizza we would like cheese or pepperoni by what I assume is the manager. Each time we were asked we stated we wanted pepperoni. Once we got our pizza it was a cheese pizza, I kindly told the manager we requested a pepperoni pizza his response " oh yeah sorry forgot to tell you we actually ran out of pepperoni so we gave you a cheese I mean we have some in the freezer but that's gonna take 2 hours to defrost if you want it. " I just sat there confused because again we were asked 3 separate times what pizza we wanted I just feel like you could just let us know before hand and our time here at that point would be up I just let him know that it was completely fine we'll stick with the cheese thank you. As we were eating the pizza my husband notice that it was really dough, I turned over a piece and it was raw. I immediately told everyone to stop eating it , the only thing cooked was the cheese and the top of crust. When we went to let the manager know he said" oh yeah sorry we're trying a new dough and sometimes it turns out bad. " another employee joined in and said the same thing. I'm sorry what! So you're telling me that your serving people bad dough knowingly to me that's crazy especially because I have a 2 year old and 5 year old eating this pizza. He asked if we wanted another one I said no thank you in my head I'm thinking I'm not going to risk u giving me another undercooked pizza and I just politely asked for a refund for the pizza. I'm just baffled on how they're serving raw pizza dough knowingly I just hope my kids don't get sick from eating this pizza. If you look at the pictures you can see the complete color difference in the top and bottom of the pizza. This place honestly isn't the cleanest either definitely not coming back.

My son was second in line driving up the ramp when a ride operator shut off power mid-ramp for no legitimate reason. When power was cut, the kart lost braking capability -- the brakes are electrically operated -- and rolled backward down the ramp into a wall. This entire incident is on video. When confronted, the operator admitted he shut the power off because he "thought the kart was already at the top." It wasn't. This was not equipment failure. It was operator negligence. Yes, we signed the waiver -- because parents are required to. A waiver does not excuse cutting power to moving vehicles or operating an attraction where a child instantly loses the ability to stop if an employee makes a mistake. That's not assumed risk. That's reckless operation and a fundamentally unsafe setup. My son followed instructions and attempted to brake. The brakes did nothing once power was cut. Staff response afterward was unacceptable: an ice pack, paperwork, and managers who didn't witness the incident and couldn't explain what happened. No urgency. No accountability. Urban Air markets itself as family-friendly. There is nothing family-friendly about employees guessing with controls while children are on a ramp in go-karts. This was entirely preventable. Parents: do not assume this place is safe. Especially the go-karts.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

This place was definitely worth the price--under $30 per kid, plus $5 for non-slip socks. They also offer snacks and food. We ordered a family pizza for $19, and the kids got small ICEE drinks for under $4 each. A regular pepperoni pizza was only around $5-$6, which is a great deal compared to other kids' places. The facility was clean and had lots of different activities--not just trampolines--so the kids never got bored. It also wasn't overly packed for a Friday at 6 PM, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fun, affordable, and well-thought-out place for kids. We would definitely come back!
