We found this place quite fun! I've been to many similar types of parks and they're usually all the same but I did enjoy that this one was a bit different based on the activities they had. I was a bit disappointed that they close the climbing wall area an hour prior to the entire park closing. I visited on Labor Day, and I kindly ask to please provide more assistance in the 5 and under area. It's meant to be a safe space for toddlers and younger children, but older kids were constantly in there, and that's a safety concern. Little kids should not be getting knocked over or hurt because the area isn't being monitored. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kelsea, she is absolutely AMAZING! She kept the climbing area under control, stayed super observant, and enforced the rules in a respectful and firm way that made everyone feel safe. This is the nicest, cleanest and most fun Uptown jungle I have been to. There are lots more things to do for older kids. We are having lots of fun! No private parent area, most parents are taking up the tables and benches. All is wonderful and workers are nice and attentive!! The climbing walls are designed for all different levels of experience. Get a Groupon before coming here. Also sign waivers in Uptown jungle website before showing up. Also bring gripper dicks or you can purchase here for $6. read more

My 3yo kid really needs more chances to run around when it's too hot outside and Uptown Jungle turned out to be the perfect solution. They do Tot time 9-12 on weekdays (yea!) so kids under 5 are only $11 and parents are free. This is perfect for us. You do need to sign a waiver (you can do this ahead on the website) and you need grippy socks (sold onsite if you need them). There were very few people there when we went which was perfect so my son could really run around without big kids dominating. That being said there is a great 5 and under section. It is 2 levels that have a lot to do (not like some places where the toddler area is a lame corner with nothing much). I wouldn't object to the ac running a little cooler inside, but we were okay. Lots of seating for parents-- not overly comfortable (outside of the paid massage chairs) but also good enough. There was a staff member wiping things down the whole time we were there (but he couldn't really do the play sections which is where the germs probably are congregating-- but I appreciate the effort). I could seeing it bring very chaotic with a lot of kids, but we had a great time. We'll be back! read more

We visited this super cool, recently built, indoor play centre, in celebration of our quarantine baby's 2nd bday. Google Maps made it easy to find. Lots of restaurants and shops surround it. Inside, it was bright, clean, and bustling with kids. Lucky for us, I filled out waivers days before our arrival. They had a huge toddler area in the back of the building. Party rooms. A huge jungle gym, lots of slides and a few jumping areas. My spouse and I were able to get through it all with ease. Staff walked all areas ensuring safety. Have taken my grandkids here, two times. You definitely need two adults if you're bringing two children because you lose track of where the children are throughout the play structure. My grandkids do love this place and I love the concept however, the cleanliness is questionable in both the play areas and bathrooms. Overall good value for the price. read more

This is a new location! It is clean and a great size. There is a toddler area that is gated off for the smaller kids. There are SO many areas for climbing and sliding. My daughter had a blast here! They have Tot time from when they open until noon. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Memberships are available at $20 monthly I believe. But I have been a member for a year now and there are at least five things that should've been repaired that have not been repaired and it's a little bit frustrating to be paying a membership every month expecting things to get repaired eventually. Wow! What a great way to spend the day with the littles! I was on gramma duty today and the very idea of sitting around the house is not my style! Let's talk about an action packed , adrenaline infused , wear 'em out for an afternoon nap! The endless slides , tunnels , play ball pits and many more indoor playground equipment provides hours of fun for all ages! The trick is ... can you keep up with the kiddos running and jumping and switching places with a blink of an eye?! The set up is simple folks! Walk in , hit the self service kiosk , sign in , register your crew , sign the waivers , pay , then pop over to the associate who will greet you with a smile and give you your wrist bands! Wrist bands are color. Coordinated to the selected time frame you chose to jump , 90 minutes or 120 minutes. When your time is up they simple announce whatever color it is that it's expired. The play land is brightly colored , great air control for all that activity that may cause you to sweat ! The lighting is comfortable not too dim and not too bright, perfect for the ambiance! Literally every nook n cranny has something new to offer , in some scenarios a welcomed challenged! My 4 yr old grandson referred to this as his adventures! They offer party packages that I plan to jump On ( literally ) , they have a snack bar area with so many yummy options , definitely will want to keep the kiddos hydrated! Very clean , organized and so much fun! Nothing beats the big smiles , silly giggles and the new friendships made! Absolutely worth the visit! My son and any friends/family who have gone here always have a good time. The downfall is the logistics and staff. They could stand to be a bit more organized, especially when it comes to parties. I recently went to a party here and it was so unorganized that many people waited almost an hour to be let in. Other than that, it's worth the money because there's plenty to do and the kiddos are tired after running around so much. I'm glad they built one in the area. Have only visited once and am considering the annual pass. My little ones had a great time. This one doesn't have the zip line, but has the rest. It also doesn't really have an eating area, but it's fine. Just feed the littles before or after. They offer a reusable cup that's $5 or so bucks with $1 refill after. Purchased one for each little and this was plenty for them during their 2.5 hours of play. It wasn't crowded when we came and there was a lot of room for the kids to play. I was happily surprised that it was so clean- very very clean and the areas were all in great condition. There are outlets throughout so that you can charge your phone and plenty of scattered seating for the parents. Every side had seating so I could comfortably watch the kids regardless of the area they were in. Kids didn't take a breather lol. There were only two employees working (the manager and a staff member) when we went and they were kind and friendly. It's so great to experience such great and courteous service. My son got a bit scratched up from purposely dropping through an area and when a staff member noticed, he was concerned enough to asked about it and make sure my son was okay. When attaching multiple kids in the climbing area, I noticed the employee was attentive to each child and made sure they were assisted (instead of just attaching them to the cable and walking away). He also explained to the littles how they can use a couple of the climbing areas. It was my first time at this location (Laveen) and I'm looking forward to visiting again. It's great that this location has Groupon, will definitely take advantage of the option until I can more accurately gauge the level of interest by the littles. Very much considering annual passes; just have to see about the kids level of interest which in no way reflects poorly on this location. As a note- we've visited the Skyzone across the street and I strongly prefer this location to that one. The staff at Skyzone are disinterested at best and the zones are worn. It's also difficult to get assistance with opening a zone (the zip line, spinning thing with the arm). Yes, they have pizza and the kids love their pizza, but the pizza sits there getting cold and you can't find anyone to assist. With the sometimes non existent service for food and zones- it's more aggravating that it's worth. Skyzone is also more expensive and provide less time to play than Uptown Jungle. Oh, also- Uptown Jungle will allow all grip socks while Skyzone only allows their own Skyzone socks. It's another convenience that I appreciate on top of everything else! read more

If you're going to take your children to an indoor play place in the area (Laveen/South Phoenix)-- this one is it. They're constantly cleaning and the team is so attentive and kind. Most importantly of all-- My kids love it and they never want to leave when we visit. This is a great place for a playdate and to meet up with parent friends. They have plenty of seating if you're not interested in running around in the equipment. There are plenty of spots for the kids to explore and bring their imaginations to life. My 2 year old loves their toddler area and I love that it wasn't an afterthought at all! The area is spacious (but not so much so that you lose your baby) and cleverly designed. It's honestly a great place to take your kids, it's lots of fun for them. So many activities for them to do. I would give it more starts if every toilet in the restroom didn't have shit in them. It sucks cause I can't take my kid to a clean or comfortable restroom. It's horrible that people will poop in a public toilet and not flush it. I'm gunna give this place 4 stars for one reason only! First, my kids (and myself) absolutely loved it! My ONLY concern is I wish they treated it like a daycare in which when you enter and leave they have some sort of security check out to make sure you leave with the same kids you came in with (if you came in with any at all) In this crazy world we live in it's better to be safe then have to apologize to a parent with a missing child because in one wrong minute a kid could get out of the building easily and with a predator. My toddler loves this place! Pretty clean and organized. The man who helped us check in was also very kind and welcoming. The families we saw there were friendly and very good at keeping their kids responsible and accountable for putting toys back where they belong. I came here during the grand opening with a lot of kids ranging from 1-11 years old to celebrate my sons birthday and KiKi (hopefully I got that right) was amazing and patient and helpful with us! The place was clean and new obviously... but it was also well kept up no trash just left by passing employees etc., despite how many kids were running around there. My kids all had a great time! I love that they have a toddler area even though my toddler would prefer running with her older siblings!
