That being said, we killed a couple of hours here on a recent trip to the area. She spent the most time in the big kid climbing area but also really liked the ball pit. Her highlight though was the claw machines. You have to get a little pre-paid card with virtual "tokens" on them and two year old LOVED swiping the card. The big pro is that they are "play til you win" so you're probably paying a little more but your kiddo will walk away with something. There was a machine with little plastic toys that she won a little giraffe and little golden rubber duck from and then there was machine with stuffies and she won two from that as well (one was from plays that were left on the machine by someone else. I deducted one star because it was pretty stuffy/humid inside the building so that affected the overall comfort of the space, especially since we were climbing around with the toddler, and also because you're not supposed to bring in your own drinks, even water.

We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). It took everything in me to not say something because that would just add to an already hard night for our family.
