Horrible time ! Took my four grandkids and my grandson was bullied an abused physically by older kids . Older kids use a ball on kids as target. The next day My grandson had red marks on all over his face black and Blue all over his body .I did complain to manager nothing was done by anyone in pit area employee .Employee seemed scared to confront the large teenage kids in small kids area, they chuck it off as large teenage that is regular their.I will never set foot in a place that lets little one to be targets of bullies. I do not recommend for small children at all.

The kids love it. But, you'd better read all of the fine print if you purchase a Groupon deal. Both managers didn't want to redeem the six pack for my two small grandchildren. The wanted me to pay cash for today and come back with four or six kids because they don't want to give passes back after they redeem your Groupon. My daughter and family are frequent users of Sky Zone Mount Olive, NJ, but that didn't prevent both managers for scolding me and being rude. I was warned never to try to redeem another Groupon Deal unless I was going to use it all at once! Gad. Life is too short. Find a more professional location.

Just had my son's 7th birthday there this weekend. The price was astronomical and the service was abysmal.

There were a lot of jump areas, from dodge ball to regular jumping to ball pits, and enough room for everyone.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The check-in area was very crowded due to the many birthday parties, and the long line was also confusing. At first, a staff member approached us and asked if we had completed the waiver. By the time we finished it, the line looked even more confusing. I had to stop another staff member to clarify whether we were in the right line. It turned out we weren't. The front desk staff responsible for check-in seemed overwhelmed and stepped away twice, so it was a little chaotic just trying to get in. The rest was fun, though. They have a spacious seating area for adults, and overall it felt pretty safe for kids.

We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

We started in the trampoline area where the kids just jumped around and played dodgeball/games. For parents there is an observation area on a 2nd level-ish area. After, we moved to the foam pit and tarzan like swing. Once complete we were ushered into the party room where there was pizza and cake. It was a bit disorganized but the kids loved it. There is a small arcade area to drop some extra bucks. Plenty of parking and it's off the beaten path in an industrial area.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.
