Do not book parties here! A. They have 4 attractions - 1 was closed. It completely condensed the attendees and I booked this wholly based on the basketball portion. CLOSED! As a result, it was so busy and not what the birthday person wanted. B. The skyzone representative told me to come 30 min early. He told me if everyone gets there - they can jump. NOT TRUE...so we waited forever in the lobby. C. I wanted to talk to a manager about my disappointment with the party. I currently have two emails and a phone call in with NO return phone call. I'm done with the Mt Olive location. During the last two visits there have been issues with my gift card. The first time I was told the gift card reader wasn't working. During our second visit, I was told the gift card had expired after a year (but the gift card was purchased less than a year ago in December of 2022). I had the receipt to prove it and was told that they have a new system and it's doesn't accept this type of gift card anymore! So basically the card is now worthless and I just lost all the money left on the card?! Makes no sense at all and it's completely unfair. But wait, they will make things better by only charging me a discounted admission fee. Terrible costumer service and their prices are outrageous. read more

Great fun for the kids or anyone who feels like a kid. I decided to try it out on a weekday since I was curious about trampoline parks. The prices are fair and the trampolines are diverse including basketball and shredded foam. This place looks like a good area for birthday parties or just any get together for your children. Kids had a blast here today, seemed clean and safe, misplaced my wallet while at the park and after asking a little bit, manager offered to check the cameras for me and after walked back out with my wallet, when we called this morning a few times planning to go, they don't answer the phone which I wish was better, but while there, no complaints, and they really helped find my wallet while being very busy. Horrible time ! Took my four grandkids and my grandson was bullied an abused physically by older kids . Older kids use a ball on kids as target.The next day My grandson had red marks on all over his face black and Blue all over his body .I did complain to manager nothing was done by anyone in pit area employee .Employee seemed scared to confront the large teenage kids in small kids area, they chuck it off as large teenage that is regular their.I will never set foot in a place that lets little one to be targets of bullies. Waste of money. Really getting more run down and pathetic each time we go. I regret trying again. Won't be going back unless we get invited to a party there. Most areas roped off with no explanation or just dirty. I can't wait to shower and wash my clothes. No toilet paper in the bathrooms while teen employees obliviously play soccer in the main entrance area, getting in the way of families walking through. Half the machines are broken but no signs. The kids love it. But, you'd better read all of the fine print if you purchase a Groupon deal. Both managers didn't want to redeem the six pack for my two small grandchildren. The wanted me to pay cash for today and come back with four or six kids because they don't want to give passes back after they redeem your Groupon. My daughter and family are frequent users of Sky Zone Mount Olive, NJ, but that didn't prevent both managers for scolding me and being rude. Extremely crowded. It was miserable being there. Kids getting hurt left and right. I don't know if they have changed the amount of people they let in...but you would think they cap it at a certain level since you are picking time slots-does not appear that way at all. Best birthday ever??? My kids have enjoyed SkyZone for many parties over the years and usually have a great time, but unfortunately today was not one of them. We went as a family to celebrate my 5 year olds' birthday. The staff was completely unfriendly, unhelpful, and extremely slow to respond to basic requests. Despite even coming at non peak hours my family had a really bad experience. They have horrible managers and staff that unreasonably enforced non inclusive policies not allowing my 5 year old birthday boy to do half of the things he wanted to do. We'll be making other plans for future birthdays. read more

Today was my first time at this place. Went with my 15 month old daughter for toddler time. We both enjoyed it. Place was clean and staff seemed friendly. Went here with my 4 year old. The staff let a bunch of high-school age kids on the safe bounce area as the little kids and one of them jumped on my daughters ankle and broke it. The one teenager vaguely watching the entire jump area never made any attempt to help. Kids love SkyZone! No doubt mine would give them 5 Stars. This rating pertains to communications by Sky Zone. Another mom and I decided to take the kids there on a Friday night. We checked the website and read that it was open until 9 pm. So we quickly inhaled our dinner and raced to get there by 7:30 pm. so the kids could get some jump time. When we arrived we were told there was no jump between 7:30-8pm as Glow night was taking place from 8-11 pm. That was going to be $35 or $42 (if you didn't have a white or glow shirt and needed to buy one). Totally not what we were expecting! Come to find out yes they have these on select nights but this info was buried in their website. We were expecting one thing and got another...since we never did Glow night we decided to stay. Kids loved it. But it was an expensive night out. So be ware and I hope Skyzone makes their daily hours and events more obvious on their website...and if you decide to go on Glow night, wear white tshirts and bring glow sticks and/or glow tape .... read more

We used a party pack Groupon for a party of 10 and had a great experience from the set up and delivery of invitations, confirmations and registration to ensure a quick "sign in". Party hosts (2) are assigned and they keep their eye on and engage with guests and ensure that the party goes smoothly. They set up and serve and clean up. We had Diana and Dakota and they were a great team. Diana was happy, engaging and spirited throughout the event. Dakota was new, but jumped in with the process and even drew a very cool name drawing for the party boy. My son loved it. The shopping cart they load up at registration with shoes and jackets is used to lay out all the jackets and shoes (so orderly!) at the end. I ran to my car to hand off some backpacks to moms picking up and Diana thought I was leaving so she ran out to bring me the leftover pizza and brownies etc. So sweet. After the party Diana called me on my cell just to make sure we wished our son a happy birthday and thanks for letting Skyzone host the event! Wow. Nice touch! We had great experience for 10 kids that had an awesome time. The place was a very positive and easy experience to host an event (where you do nothing!). Great job Skyzone. read more

First time at any SkyZone. 8 months ago we had gone to a FLIPnOUT Xtreme and loved it .. Skyzone could not compare. We found it very small and over crowded. The loft is mostly for Birthday parties and no bleachers for the parents to watch their kids. Nothing for the kids to do while they wait to jump. Having to buy their socks is ridiculous!! For the cost definetly NOT worth the $ for us. read more

Came with a Groupon on 9/23 and the person at the front seat redeemed both of my jump passes even though only my 5 year old jumped for one hour. I went to the manager at skyzone named Steven and I explained to him what happened and all he could do was tell me that if I have my receipt that this what she did then I he would give me my one hour back. I thought this was ridiculous how many people hold on to their receipts. I showed him that my Groupon had been redeemed and he still just kept saying to produce a receipt. Instead of making a customer happy he just drove one away I'll be headed to the pinebrook location from now on. Good job Steven great customer service. You have to buy sky zone socks , and special shirts although you could wear white shirt but they don't tell you that . Show you can do flips on the tv but don't inform you can't on " glow " night . This place was so much fun! Who knew I could jump so high?!? A great place on a rainy day, a super hot day, or when you're just looking to mix it up a bit. The staff was very friendly, making sure we filled out all the necessary online/in-store waivers and informing us of proper protocol and procedures. There were a lot of jump areas, from dodge ball to regular jumping to ball pits, and enough room for everyone. We did a 30 minute jump which only cost $10! When was the last time you had 30 minutes of good, pure fun for 30 minutes? And let me tell you, 30 minutes was a lot more than I thought! It'll wipe you out! They also have longer options for jump times. Pretty much anyone can jump - my 3-year-old daughter and my 70-year-old dad were all jumping! The place is clean; there's a handful of seating for spectators (i.e. moms and dads, etc.!); and it's a great place to hang out and let out some energy!! read more

I really don't recommend this trampoline place. Way too many rules not enough jump. Honestly just buy your own trampoline and set it up on your backyard. I had a party at the new Mount Olive Sky Zone and had the most expensive package...the Ultimate Experience. What you get for the price is pretty terrible (and I've thrown a ton of kids parties). I really expected more. To begin with, they only have the kids play dodge ball for an hour. After many tears, we asked that the girls running the game play a different game, or just remove the balls so the kids can jump. They literally had no idea what I was talking about. There are no other games or activities. So, the kids began leaving the private room and went to the foam pit and other places where they could do other activities. Also, they were ridiculously strict with the party room rules. I was told that I couldn't even bring a little Happy Birthday centerpiece for the table. I didn't think that seemed too unreasonable. So, I did bring balloons (which were allowed)...that the girls never put out...they tied them to a shopping cart in the back of the room where no one was sitting. And finally, when I told them I didn't want the unlimited soda, but water bottles instead, they said that it was $2.50 for each Poland spring water bottle. I asked if there was a price adjustment if I didn't take the soda...even $2 a water bottle sounded better. They said no. For $700, I was very disappointed. Go someplace else! There are SO many better solutions for birthdays. read more
