That being said they are not babysitters and children who are not able to skate independently and safely need to be supervised. The skates are good, but don't hesitate to make them aware if the laces need to be tweaked or replaced. There are very few things for minors to do in any direction and for very long distances, but even if there were more choices this destination should top your list. It's affordable, a healthy way to spend a few hours and fun memories to be made. They also do a wonderful birthday party during open hours or schedule a private time.

A guy named D*ll*s was unnecessarily aggressive and actually MEAN when we asked why they weren't able to combine our points into one card. (We've got points scattered about over a dozen cards over the years.) He insisted that in order to redeem them, we'd have to use them one by one but that points can't even be combined during the transaction to exchange for a higher point item. He shook his head angrily when I asked to speak to the manager to confirm this, bc that's odd - why make it harder for customers to redeem points especially when each card costs $2 before credits are even added. One of the managers explained that the inability to combine cards is a point of service system issue that they've been dealing with but is ultimately TEMPORARY and is location-specific so it isn't a problem at the Danbury location. But like, it's not that serious- we're just going to hold onto the points until this location's POS is updated. The fact that D*ll*s was unnecessarily rude and aggro is more annoying than the points thing. Jeez, he acted like answering STANDARD customer service questions is a burden. So... yeah. He could've just told us that? We're not in a rush to use our fake arcade money.

Overall a solid bowling alley I'll certainly return to. Pricing is not bad with an unlimited bowling price per hour. If you have a small group it's a fair value since you can probably get about three games in per hour coming out to about $5 per game which is the average cost at other alleys. If you have large groups then I'd split the groups up in multiple lanes to get a bit more for your buck but otherwise fairly competitive pricing in my opinion. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning on a hot summer day which made for a little uncomfortable experience otherwise I would have stayed longer.

Some of our group paid under $10 extra to do the gem mining activity while the rest of us went to the batting cages for an extra fee. There was plenty of seating available near the attractions so you can still enjoy watching your loved ones if you're not up for play during your time there. Not only was the variety of entertainment exciting and fun, but the staff was incredible too. All of the teens and young adults working there were so engaged, great with the kids, and respectful and helpful to us adults. I also loved that we could access our car at any point during our time there. We kept our water bottles and heavy stuff in there and got them when we needed to. You could probably even pack a cooler to keep in the car for mealtimes if you're on a budget or with picky eaters. Or if packing a cooler feels daunting, you don't even have to leave the premises for snacks or meals, because there is a concession stand inside with a variety of choices. We ate before we came, but enjoyed some ice cream before leaving, and the fries that were cooking while we were in there smelled delicious. This was such a nice way to get out for a day of play with our children, and we had just as much fun as they did!
