What really stood out was how helpful the staff was, they even assisted us with loading everything into our cars at the end of the party! Playland is best suited for younger children, probably ages two to nine. It has two levels and a small dedicated play area specifically for toddlers. Adults can sit at small tables and chairs nearby, and they do allow you to bring in food, though the dining options in the mall are somewhat limited. On a rainy day, this can be a good place to spend a couple of hours. The current rate was $20 per child, with no charge for adults.

We only planned on doing an hour, but ended up staying almost 3 hours. There's so much to do! Ball, pit, slides, swings, Sand, pit, and a train. it's perfect for a cold or bad weather day. Staff is helpful and prices are reasonable. $25 for the first hour, five dollars for every additional hour. It was also clean and conveniently located off the 21st St., Queensbridge F train stop with which has an elevator. No need to go all the way to New Jersey or flushing for a large indoor playground.

Kids had a ball here, they ran around whilst parents hung out. The place was nice and clean; shoes are left outside and there are locked gates to ensure kids do go out wondering by themselves. My 4 year old had so much fun here. I didn't have to worry about him hurting himself as the place was nicely padded everywhere.
