I am so so so so so so SO happy I found Tagalongs. This place was a lifesaver this past August when I was super pregnant with my second child and I had a toddler who needed to be kept busy during the hottest of days. The only "complaint" I have is that it's not right around the corner from me, otherwise I'd be there every day with my daughter. My 2 year old daughter had a blast at Tagalongs. I would say this is her favorite play place. She is not a physically active child and really prefers to use her imagination so Tagalongs was the perfect place for her. She would run back and forth to all the different shop fronts pretending to be a waitress at the diner, camping in the camper van, fishing from the boat, doing hair at the salon, and even fighting fires on the fire truck. Her favorite place to hang is the Vet Office where she can take care of all the furry friends there. They even have a cool lego wall which kept her occupied for quite some time. Tagalongs also has a physical component to it where kids can climb, slide, and bounce on the trampoline. We were there on weekdays and it was never super crowded. Kids were running all over, but it was never overwhelming. All the kids were having a great time. The play place is immaculate and the staff is very very friendly. You pay their entrance fee and then you can come and go throughout the day. Most play places give you a 2 hour time limit and then you have to leave or pay extra. I love that you can come early, then go out and grab lunch, and then come back in the afternoon. Everything about Tagalongs is perfect! If you have a child who loves to use their imagination, this is the place for them. They will have a great time! read more

My wife and her friend took the girls to play on Friday 2/11/22 at 4:00pm the place was very empty and quiet it seems that the lady wanted to close early, she was behind my daughter and her friend picking up every single toy they were playing with telling them we have to clean for the other children were there was no one around. (With an attitude) basically making the girls to pick up the toys and put them away My wife mentioned to her and she lost her mind and started yelling clamming she was doing her job and there were cameras. Hopefully management check the cameras to verify Patty's attitude. Not a good experience as Patty didn't gave my daughter and her friend enjoy the place rushing for and early close. Totally unfriendly finally they left to stop the argument with her. I don't understand how a person with that attitude represents customer service in a children's place. read more

This place is tiny. And it was overrun with people... kind of ridiculous. We ended up turning away rather than try to survive these crowds... and this was after driving a while to get here. The people entering in front of us did the same. read more

Desperate to take your toddler out of the house on a rainy afternoon? Then you've picked the right place. Is this as good as a science museum? No. More like an indoor playground where you can let your child run free. Took the 4 year old nephew here, and he had a good time. Albeit, he was done exploring/playing with new areas in about an hour. So playdates with other toddlers would be ideal. Probably no older than 5 years old since the activity areas are rather simple. They charge per child, NOT adult, which is rather nice. They even have a table/seating area if you want to host your birthday party there. read more

Great place to take your child to on a rainy day! Our 1 1/2 year old (who normally gets bored of places we take him after maybe 5minutes) spent 2 1/2 hours running around nonstop discovering more and more opportunities as to what he could do while there. So many cute little scenarios/themes, great for toddlers on the younger end, but I will probably still come here by the time our son is in elementary school. The entrance fee of 16$ I personally find a bit much, since it gets crowded easily and there doesn't seem to be a Max number of people they let in. Other than that I have nothing but great things to say about this place and we will certainly be back. read more

Wanted to love this place. Little smaller in person than the pictures. Extremely over crowded (I would think they would have a limit due to Covid). So crowded your kid can't run around and play without older kids ramming them with a toy car because there's no room to move. Not one person wearing a mask (weird since there's so many kids you'd think parents would want to wear them). To top it off, in the "market" there was a cockroach!!! I told the front desk nicely and there wasn't an apology or much concern displayed.. just "oh! There is?" And walked away. We lasted about 30 minutes before leaving. I go to Tagalongs at least once a month with my 5 year old daughter and we have been going there since she was 3. The staff is extremely nice & you do see the owner there from time to time, who is always happy to help with anything the customer needs. This place is super cute and very clean. They require socks, so make sure you pack some! I really like that they always have staff members in the play area offering to play with the kids. The only complaint I have is that I think their employees cleanup after the kids too much. The second a child walks away from a toy a staff member swoops in, grabs the toy and puts it back in it's exact location. This doesn't allow the child to come back to the toy/s that they "set-up" or were planning to continue playing with, I feel like the constant tidying squashes the imagination of the kids a bit. This is for the Fairfield location. We took our 20 month old here and she had a great time. Place was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue is that a lot of the other parents' behavior was appalling. My daughter was trying to play on some of the items and adults were literally pushing/shoving her out of the way. Ok. Let me first say I was expecting MUCH more for the $16 price tag, I went there on a saturday afternoon and they had a party that was gonna take place on the separate room. I went with my toddler at around 2 pm, even though they close at 7 pm and they open at 10 am, they charged me full price which was $16, no option to buy healthy snacks for your toodler or anything but coffee for the parents, at least the day I went that was all I was offered $2.50 medium size coffee which I can get at DD for $1. Thanks God I brought fruit with me for my son but WAIT!!! He couldn't eat it anywhere or myself drink the coffee but in the LOBBY because there is no designated area for anyone to eat any meals inside the playroom, I do not know if people normally eat/drink where the parties take place but being that place occupied, my son and myself were left to eat his pear and drink water standing up where people put on their coats to go to the elevator.. logistically is not a convenient set up and inside it's not bigger than 800 sq feet with a bunch of hard plastic make believe buildings for the kids with ONE obstacle course.. my toddler got bored in 2 hrs, so at $8 an hour I think I could had done a better job at home.. Ohhhh and dont forget it seems there is no age limits!!! There were 16 years old teenagers in the same obstacle circuit than the toodlers.. my son got "moved out of the way" by a teenager TWICE and the staff did NOTHING!!! Really??!!! I mean, I know every family wants to spend weekends together and there must had been an age gap between their kids for that family that brought their 16 y.o. but teenagers DO NOT BELONG in tagalong but I guess the staff didnt get the MEMO!!! thumbs down. I absolutely love this place! My three year old recently had her birthday party there and all the kids had a blast. The two party hosts were just wonderful and everything was perfect. We often go to Tagalongs and it's always a great time. The employees are always cleaning up after the kids which helps keep the areas clean and neat. I absolutely love this place! A friend went here and suggested we go, even though it was almost a 30 minute drive from our house. Pulling up, I saw a strip mall and limited signage, so I wasn't expecting much. Then I walked in and never wanted to leave! This is a perfect play space for kids and parents alike. Given its small space, your children can play together or on their own and parents aren't running to a million different rooms, chasing after their children. While small, it's got a huge assortment of activities and experiences for children to enjoy such as a large trampoline, obstacle course with slides, an interactive screen board with games like soccer, a salon, bank, fishing boat, vet's office, diner, camping trailer, among others. There's a nice space to bring lunch or have or snack, and they also have snacks for purchase like fruit snacks, water and Goldfish. In addition, there's an awesome "sensory room" which is used to relax kids after engaging in so much fun in the main play space. I think the parents like it more than the kids, as it's dark with black lights and neon color lights, bean bag chairs and outer space pictures scrolling along the wall. The place is absolutely genius! When you go to places like this, you are typically running after your children, missing out on some one-on-one parent time. Here, you can still keep a watchful eye on your children while in one room together. The price is great at $16 per child and they have memberships and offer event services for birthday parties. The only thing I'd change about this place is its location so it could be closer to my house, but I am willing to make the drive because it's so much fun, super clean, up-to-date, reasonably priced and full of tons of activities all in one place! read more

Went this morning with my 2 yr old and she had a BLAST (as did her 3 yr old friend). It was meticulously clean and organized, the space is incredibly engaging and interactive, with things to engage both the imagination/mind and body. It was comfortable to just sit on one on the benches, soak in the air conditioner (which was perfectly set to combat the outside heat), and watch my daughter have a fantastic time. There were very few other kids there and they were all well-supervised. We brought our lunch and ate in the attached clean and well-thought-out lunch room. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to get out of the heat with their 1-5 year old. Would be fine for older siblings too!! Don't forget socks for everyone (including adults). read more

At first glance and visit it was very cute and clean and they have the right concept. But it's very small and after just a few visits I found my son was bored. There's only so many times they can play w Melissa and Doug food sets and dress up costumes. The age range is too large. Toddlers to age 9. My son was hurt twice by big kids that weren't mindful of the little ones. And the staffs reaction was that there's a toddler area for a reason. My son is 19 months he won't stay in a small rubber mat area. He wants to run and climb and explore. Staff is very unprofessional and a few times myself and my friend caught attitude from the girls working the front. Their party packages are way over priced and they don't have many options for private parties unless U have 18 kids and want to pay 700! The sensory room is great. My son doesn't have any sensory issues but he does like to decompress sometimes and one time we were told they couldn't open the room for us because my son didn't have sensory issues. Not sure how long they will stick around and it was a cute place while it lasted but it just isn't somewhere you can go often and not have them get bored or have the experience ruined by kids that are way too big for their smaller setup. Great place to come and beat the heat although we haven't been for about a year. I've noticed the toys are sticky and the workers used to always come around and clean up. Now they sit in the office and never once came out during our two hour visit. I had to clean up just so we could enjoy an area, which should not be the case. We just had my son 5th birthday party at Tagalongs and it was an excellent experience. They took care of almost everything for us, we just had to bring the cake. The kids had a blast, the party room was large and clean and our party hostesses were really polite and friendly. The play area has a ton of different interesting and engaging stations. I had my sons birthday party at Tagalongs with in the first in the first weeks of them opening They were so amazing and helpful from the second I called to set up my sons birthday party to second I the party was over, even the owners called the day after to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. They called me a few times before the party to see if there was anything I needed help with or anything they could get for me to help make my sons party even better! Amazing place ! The owner is so sweet and caring about her customers and staff really care about thie children and there safety! they are so great to work with. This play space had a great variety of activities for the kids including climbing structures, dress up, various play areas, a well padded baby/toddler area, and a large interactive touch screen floor. It's clean and my kids had a great time! It's worth the price of admission and you can get a stamped card so that if you come frequently so every few trips you get a child free. read more

The staff were downright RUDE to my group. They did nothing except look at their phones the entire 90 minutes we were there. They had so much attitude that it will force me to NEVER go back which is a shame because I have an autistic child who loves playing there. They had zero interaction with the children as well. The only thing they did was clean up toys way too quickly. THEY EVEN FORCED MY FATHER IN LAW TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE COULD NOT TAKE OFF HIS SHOes!!! HE HAS MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND SHOE BRACES!!!!!! (And that was explained to them). Unbelievable because this place is supposed to be INCLUSIVE. The terrible staff members just kept accusing us of having a "birthday" party without paying the (RIDICULOUS) price. The only person who had a birthday that day... was me! But I can assure you I will never have my daughters birthday there unless they change their TRASH staff, their prices and their rules. What a shame, this could have been a great place for my daughter. I do feel I should give positive feedback as well: the place is adorable and perfect for interactive play. Very cute place and super clean. They have a really cool turf type flooring that they explain doesn't harbor allergens or bacteria. which is a plus! Pack socks because both adults and children require them. I think the staff members are expected to play with the kids in the play area but sometimes it gets to be a bit much. My son usually just walks away because he likes to just independently play with the other kids. The age group of 1-9 years old is a huge gap. Sometimes hard to have toddlers trying to play when the bigger kids are running around too. beyond everyone's control but its a big age range. Aside from some of the bigger kids running around there's really so few ways a child can get hurt in there! its set up great! The sensory calming room is great as well. sometimes my son likes to go in there after playing to decompress and i have an easier time leaving with him when hes been in there. one afternoon a staff member told me i couldnt go in unless my son has a sensory type disability. But other than that day, I've never had a problem when I've asked if they could turn the lights on for us. its a great place and we had yet to find something in this area for my son to play. Everything goes out of business (Play Your Way - Monkey Doodles Playroom). So we're hopeful this one stays open!! read more
