IN 1 LINE: A night of artistic learning and fun!…read more VENUE: The first thing I noticed was how big this art studio is, which allows for more than one class to run at the same time. My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought.  *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. There is a cafe, a small "arcade" which was really about 3-4 arcade machines, a motorcycle racing game and some claw machines, and a bar. There's were about 30 lanes and when we arrived on a Saturday around 3, there was a 45 min wait. The wait went by quickly as we first got a bite at the cafe, then our name was called as we ate. The kids had a blast. We played 5 games across 2 lanes and paid around $150. Seemed kind of steep to me, but some bowler alleys so by game, some by hour. Overall a great experience.

I rented three kids tables and 12 kids chairs for around $90 which I think is a fair price. It's important to note that the quality is definitely... rental. Chairs and tables were a bit beat up. I think this is expected when renting, so I wasn't too let down about it. One of our tables came broken, so I called the delivery driver around 20 minutes after drop-off. He was extremely helpful and turned right around to deliver us a new table. If the quality is so-so, the excellent service makes up for that. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check!
