Visited Sky Zone today for a get together with friends. All the kids had fun which is all that I could really ask for from a place like this. They have a trampoline area, a foam-square pit area, an obstacle course, basketball and dodge ball. The biz was clean and staff was friendly. They also have a small concession stand and an area with games. The prices were reasonable and the kiddos jumped/played for three hours so I feel like I definitely got my monies worth ;)

A shout out to Torri and the entire staff at Skyzone for making my daughters birthday a success! With careful consideration and follow up we were able to pull off an easy peasy party with no stress. The pizza was fresh and hot from a local pizzeria and the party helper we had was kind, sincere and went the extra mile! The facility was in good repair and the kids had a great time!

We took our 11 month old son to toddler time. For only $8 plus the cost of socks, he was able to use almost the entire facility and bounce for an hour, which is alottt of time for just jumping. He loved it & we will def be going more often!

As they were walking in, a fight broke out right outside the building. This is supposed to be a family-friendly trampoline park--there should not be fights happening at the entrance. Unfortunately, it only got worse. When they went inside to get their wristbands, another fight had already broken out inside the facility. There was little to no effort from staff to control the situation or maintain a safe environment. Within minutes of getting their wristbands, they texted me asking to leave because, unbelievably, a third fight had started. I have reached out multiple times since then and have received no response. The boys didn't get to do anything, and given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. We will never return to this location. It is disgusting that this behavior is allowed to continue and that so little is done to protect the children and families who come here expecting a safe place to have fun. There should never be a need for police and security at a children's entertainment venue, yet this location seems to think otherwise.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

The only thing is that ur in socks the whole time, in the bathroom too which is pretty funky, just because. Its not particularly clean for that being the case. I didnt realize how not used to being shoeless i am, my balls of feet killed by the end. I was ready to go. They have the climb wall but no one was there so really didn't want to bother the only desk girl. The staff is good though. Only 4 people there but they all took care of their areas well, especially the harness check girls. They have pretty safety attentive positions and handle them well for being younger. It was good.
