My son was critically injured at this place. He severed a tendon in his finger. They tried to blame me and cover up the whole incident. They were completely unhelpful in trying to help me deal with his injury and get medical attention. read more

Sky zone is the best me and my friend went and they have new stuff they have clean floors and bathrooms and everything is safe

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The management is beyond disrespectful, I was attending a birthday party for my friend's son and the manager kicked out our small party because she wasn't comfortable with her son jumping on the "5 and under" section because there were more ADULTS jumping than there were children!! They said he was required to bounce there and the manager said it was for children ONLY. I don't understand why all these grown adults (about 8 of them) were allowed to bounce with these small kids. What happened to children ONLY? We were definitely targeted. When she asked for corporate, he gave us his personal number (his phone started ringing!). I'm over this company. Go somewhere else!! read more

Cleanest trampoline park in NEPA! They have new monthly membership of $29.99 it's a GREAT value for families! Saves us lots of money and my kids can jump for less than $1 per day! They have food there as well and discounts for members. Was pleasantly surprised after seeing some of the reviews. Staff very accommodating! read more

There is no toddler section at this sky zone! What a disappointment!! Especially because my 2 year old had to share the trampolines with a dodgeball team full of 20 something guys. ALSO- I was not told that I didn't have to buy jump time for myself if all I wanted to do was follow my toddler around. I was told that my a jump monitor, but not the front desk. She took my money happily. We only ended up staying for 20 minutes. I know they have a designated "toddler time" but we were passing through town on our way to somewhere else. We wanted a break from the car trip for our toddler. The bathroom was clean, and the place was generally kept up. read more

Honestly i Was pretty disappointed in this place, I visited with a large group (a school for children on the spectru) and the entire time I kept hearing employees talk about how terrible it was quietly and how they didn't have much longer to hold out. Not only that but quite a few of the employees have an attitud. if you plan to have a good night with your family, don't wast your night here read more

Bad workers and Manger so rude do not recommend to go to its horrible Worker would not let my friend on my team at dodgeball and told every worker to not put us on the same team read more

Visited Sky Zone this week with my 2 years old son and his two cousins. They honestly had a good time. My little one was jumping and blasting on the toddler area. The staff was attentive and we didn't experience any problems. My son loved the soft block area. I was just a little concern regarding sanitation. They were many kids with running noses. I hope they have a deep cleaning method for that area. Besides that everything was great. We will be back soon. read more

Pretty cool place. We went here with the kids and they had a blast. It was $100 for a family of 4 for 2 hours and some pizza and drinks and socks. Not a bad deal i'd say. There's quite a bit to do and easy spent 2 hours. My only complaint is that the workers were strict and there was a lot of rules to follow. The workers seemed slightly annoyed by the kids and didn't really help create a positive and fun vibe. It seemed like the kids were constantly being told to "stop doing that" even if it was harmless. You literally couldn't even throw foam blocks at each other. Lighten up on the rules and this place would be much better and I'd be interested in coming back. read more

Too many trivial rules and it's expensive for what you get to do. Go to Nova in Wyoming.

The axle trampoline part is awesome. But some of the rules, I'm guessing for safety, don't make much sense. The check in process is very slow. Two months ago I try to purchase tickets online and call them to get a gift stupid get and I wasn't able to; but when I arrived it looks like there was an online ticket line but it was closed (not sure here). If you have a group, use the group check in as it might be easier. We paid for five and only got four tickets printed two of them had the same name. We had to get new tickets printed and wait longer for the kids to jump. read more

Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Pittston, Pennsylvania

This wasn't my favorite Sky Zone location, but it was the nearest one to where we were staying for the weekend. The food was priced out pretty decently and the pizza actually tasted good. I did not like the lay out of the indoor trampoline park though and there weren't much jumping options here and the place is really small, as opposed to the locations in New York or Jersey. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this Sky Zone, if we're being honest. read more

Grandkids love it here. Super bright and open. They keep Adding things to keep them going. Lots of staff to insure everyone is safe. read more

The place is fine the front desk moves so slow everytime it takes an hour to get in

Super disrespectful worker who was babysitting his own kids while on the clock. Harassed us to leave the area so that his family and/or friends could have the pit to themselves, made rude discriminatory remarks to us, and questioned my guardianship... Sad to see this place is ran so poorly read more

Super crowded, no crowd control at all. Half the adults and teens with no masks on. I Approached a manager and was told that they have a sign up to ask, but they cannot enforce. I understand but employees can at least walk over and ask politely, it was totally ignored. read more

I really love bringing my kids here. Not only is it lots of fun, it totally wears them out! You'd think trampolining would be easy but after 30 minutes, it starts to drain you! Not only do you jump, but there's dodgeball, dunking hoops, and a foam pit; all the while, the parents can hang out at the food tables or the comfort zone upstairs. Anyways, the facility is pretty clean whenever we visit and the staff is very friendly. I usually reserve a time slot for the kids, especially on the weekends because it can get very crowded. All in all, this is a great place to bring kids of all ages! read more

I am beyond upset with this place. I was there last night (2-25-23) and it was absolutely disgustin. I have not been there in about a year but it has gone super downhil. When me and my three friends arrived we wanted to use the bathroom so we went to the women's restroom. Absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper and literal poop on the floor in one stall. We did not use the bathroom because we were all repulsed. After, we were walking around. There was spilled popcorn and drinks and even old socks on the floor everywhere. It seemed like there were a few staff members not doing anything who could have easily cleaned this all up. The place was also jam packed which made the whole experience worse. Yes, the new trampoline park opened a few days ago but that should not mean skyzone gets to lack off. Later in the night me and my friends witnessed a literal fight. No staff stopped it either. The only thing I did enjoy was the pizza. I do not recommend this unsanitary place. read more

We are regulars because we love it so much. My kids have a great time doing dodgeball! The staff has been wonderful. I watch them clean often. If I had to complain about anything it'd be the coffee. read more

Up until today, my boys have been regulars at Skyzone in Pittston. We attend parties there often, and my 2 sons have had multiple birthday parties there, themselves. Today, while attending a preschool friend's birthday party, my 5 year old was injured by a much older gymnast doing back-handsprings during the party. She back-flipped right into my son's head. As my son was screaming and crying on the ground holding his head in pain, an employee named Noah, told my 5 year old it was his own fault. Yes, my son left his square to walk over to a square closer to his friends, but he is 5 and didn't expect to be back-flipped on. Then, Noah became mouthy, rude, and disrespectful to me... in front of many parents who were standing there concerned for my child. I am more than disgusted at the treatment of myself and my son, today, and am completely disappointed in the manner in which the situation was dealt with. I hope Noah is happy with himself, as my children will not be going to skyzone ever again. My son is in my lap holding his head with a headache. And not even an apology. And on my way out the door Ed Kearns approached me and my son. He proceeded to yell at me, tell My kid how it was his fault which only made him cry more, and attempt to humiliate and embarrass me in front of a bunch of people. I would have loved to see this coward of a "man" speak to me like that with my husband standing next to me. read more

Great service. I like how it is only 25 cents for the lockers!! I had a blast. There is even a "Comfort Zone" where there is couches and chairs. Great for all ages!!!!! Go Sky Zone!!!!!!!!! read more

The kids had mostly a good time, but it's a little pricey. Also, the employees enforce the rules unevenly which was confusing and infuriating. The girls that told us the rules before you could jump were different than the rules the employees on the trampolines enforced. When asked about it they just said oh the rules must be changing. My older children were not allowed to jump with my youngest child so she was very sad about that. read more

Had a very bad experience there. We went there on a Friday at 7 pm and started to fill out the waiver for the children to learn that the shut it down at 7:30 to clean for their Glow event that started at 8 pm. The young gentleman that was there was very rude to my fiance and said he would have to ask what age was allowed to do that event. her grandson is 5 years old and he came back and stated that he couldn't do it because there was going to be a lot of adults there. And they wanted to charge us full price on their half hour rate and we would only be able to jump for 15 minutes. The 2 people behind the desk just told us pay for socks and your good that night. So, we returned that Sunday with just our youngest one and to jump with him. while jumping there was the employees that stated "Can't have 2 people in same jumps square." So, we moved over then there was a little girl maybe aged 2 years old up walking without any parent and she walked in our child's square where he was jumping already and the employee rudely yelled to him "You can't have 2 in the square you have to move!' He didn't hear her and she yelled " You have to stop jumping and go to another spot because 2 people aren't allowed in one!" We stated to her he was already in there and that she walked over in to his section. She said "It doesn't matter she's in there now!" The parent of this child was no where in site till after we had this issue and she came up and I mentioned to the employee that she should have stated to the parent about being with the child of that age. If the child would've gotten hurt they could've blamed us. This is not a place I would recommend to go to due to the employees that work there as well as the prices for the time. read more

NOTHING like advertised!!! "Basketball" I thought was trampoline basketball...REALLY it's a small 3ft x 10ft area for ONE person to bounce in front of a basketball hoop to dunk. Trampoline area's are divided into squares approximately 3ft x 6ft...ONE person per square, NOT freelance bouncing around and having a good time. Was told free bounce trampoline area's were divided by age, well they weren't and toddlers took over EVERY trampoline so my teenagers had nowhere to bounce without crushing kids. Overall absolutely ticked in the wasted money as we prepaid online...nobody to complain to while there as the place is run by teenagers...so I wrote an email to the store requesting at least a refund of our unused time....we paid for 2hrs for 7 teenagers...the kids were bored out of there minds as there was no place for them to bounce with all the toddlers and so we were in and out of the place in LESS than an hour....after driving over 1-1/2 hrs to get there!!! Appears great for kids under 10 but keep your older kids away, unfortunately just not for them. NO WAY this place can accommodate 100+ people as advertised on their site! read more

Went there for my nephew's birthday party and had a great time. The kids had a blast and I had a blast even as a 34 year old adult. I was able to do everything with the kids. Dodge ball was the best and the staff was great especially Suzanne. She was great at the dodgeball and was good with the kids. I might even have my birthday there lol. read more

Way too much money for what they have to offer. My 3 year old, my one year old, myself, and 2 other adults 106 dollars for 45 minutes. So so many rules. I believe if we sign a waiver we should be able to decide if I can be on the same trampoline as my one year old who I also had to pay 21 dollars for. We only stayed 45 minutes out of the 90 minutes that I paid for because of all of the rules. The basketball trampoline was a little area with only 3 hoops for every child in the place. It's just really not worth the money unless you have older children and have the whole place to yourself. read more

My boyfriend and I were at the sky zone located in Pittston Pa on Friday July 3rd. I'm sorry to inform you but we had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I have been to the Harrisburg Pa location and I must say the Pittston location was not even comparable. The staff was very distasteful and rude. We were told that we had to jump in one small section because we were in class "D", when the entire main jumping section was open. We also wanted to play dodge ball but were told we could not play because we were "D's" and the current game was only being played by "C's". I then asked the manager if we could possibly play in another court but he said we had to have 6 "D's" to play. We were the only "D's" currently jumping during our time there. When I explained this to the manager he said he was going to have one of his staff members open the court for us. After waiting 15 minutes by the court, no one came. That was 15 minutes which we paid for to jump wasted. I then went to find the manager again and he was nowhere to be found. I then proceeded to ask a team member on the floor to open the court for us, but he said without the managers' consent he was unable to. I know the Pittston Sky Zone location is a new location, but I was VERY disappointed. The majority of the staff was just "standing around." I thought that it was very rude that we were not able to play our own game of dodge ball and that we were forced to jump in one little "D" section when no one was on the other trampolines. I even emailed the company, but i got no response! read more

I think this place is awesome! The staff is chill and fun. They are super fair when it comes to the dodgeball, making sure both the bigger groups and the little kid groups get turns going in. Also the pizza is surprisingly good. read more

I have mixed opinions about sky zone. I was there with my kids today and they were getting yelled at by this on employee the whole time his name was Eric. But on the other hand there was an amazing when I say amazing I mean amazing employee named Zack. he was so nice to my kids he was even playing with them. I would give them a 5 star but they need to do something about that Eric guy. read more
