Was at a bday party here today. The kids had a blast and enjoyed the party room. DONT order a n ...it will take 30 minutes....they did refund my money. Very unorganized and need someone to step up and manage the place. Only posting a few pics because of children and privacy. It's a great spot and hopefully they pick up there game.

Was packed this Saturday

Hadnt been here in a few yrs...not much has changed. Pre registration is required before you pay for kids and adults. Dollar wise..a lil pricey. If you plan on coming back keep your jump socks..they are required to jump and you have to buy them if you dont own a pair already. They have different obstacles, pits and dodgeball. Something for the big and little kids. You can pay by the hour which in turn you receive a sticker to attach to yourself indicating when your time is up. Also about every 15-30 minutes they announce discounts on food or drinks you can purchase.

Always a great time at Sky Zone. Great job! Love the fact they have kept video games out of the building!

When I was at this facility, I was there for a Birthday Party. Amanda was the one who checked us in, and made sure we all signed our waivers, gave use the instructions for Sky Zone. Amanda was very helpful with explaining the instructions, given us our gear for the glow party and making sure we know how the party was going to work. I do recommend this facility for kids Birthday parties it's a way for them to let off alot of energy.

Trash and old candy, food in every crease. 10xs worse then this picture.

DONT EXPECT CLEAN! I can handle about anything except filth and laziness! How the fK does this place pass health codes? Took my 3 and 5 kids for the toddler time. I get the place is ran by teens and I won't get efficient services but this was a joke. Bought tickets online to save time. Oops Took 10 minutes to get checked in due to not understanding their own process. Now the frustration really hits. Every step I took I see trash and food on floors. I understand kids going crazy it happens. But we are the first people in the gym! Meaning NO cleaning prior to opening. It gets worse. I should make note my biggest worry is my son has a SEVERE PEANUT allergy and any contact can send him into anaphylactic shock. We control the risks but this place was a nightmare. The trampoline was covered in chips, wrappers, and sticky substances. All carpets looked like a fking parade went through. Gets worse! Bounce houses had several bloody bandaids, food, and every crease was full of trash that you could smell. Literally a bouncing dumpster. I'm sorry but they have never attempted to clean this place. Foam pit had a suckers, gum and chips every where. My advice is don't go if you have food allergies risks. The place is really fun set up and perfect for kids to climb and go go crazy. But ownership does not give a shit about their customers and the overall safety. Hire a cleaning company to get this fixed!

This is a good place for the kids to have some fun. We were out of town for my son football game. And we need to let the boys enjoy themselves. This place was very helpful with that. The overall view was great and it was nice and clean. I really enjoyed there massage chairs. Much needed for parents.

Inspired Play Cafe always has nicer wooden Montessori type of toys and learning games. I have typically gone to the Merriam location as it is closer but they are just going to have this location remain open. The owner is very nice and welcoming and she is updating and always rotating items for it to remain fresh for clients. They also have new and cheaper monthly fee which is a great deal. It is a nice atmosphere but they do need to remember to keep the music playlist playing as it is nice to relax to. The only reason I gave this location a 4 was because when I first entered the play area it was a complete disaster. There were only 2 parents at the time but they never picked up after their kids and it was hard to find matching toy items as they were everywhere. This is not typical of the Merriam location so it's probably just an issue today. They might want to suggest to parents to pick up after their child once they leave a specific area. I ended up picking the place up because the parents left and then it was more obvious to my grandson and other kids that came what toys there were available in each area.

The facility was very clean and well kept, which made me feel comfortable letting them run around and enjoy themselves. The staff were also really nice, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. It is such a fun, safe, and welcoming place for families. Seeing how happy and entertained my kids were made the trip completely worth it. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

This area is not the greatest for littler kids when the older ones are playing though, as balls are flying hard and fast. My youngest's favorite section is the slide that you have to ride a little cart down (roller slide). They have a type of bumper cars that require extra money to ride, but each time we have went, multiple bikes/cars were not working or stopped mid-turn. There are claw games and air hockey that costs extra as well. Each person, parents included, are not allowed to wear shoes inside, but need their branded socks. I do like this for the germ factor, but if you aren't prepared (I was wearing flip flops), the extra sock charge is there. For pricing, it is expensive. For a couple hours, it's a lot, but the benefit there is that they allow you to leave and come back that same day, so if you are making a day out of it, it makes more sense. For working parents, I couldn't get a wifi signal, but I did see a few adults with laptops, so I'm guessing they used their phones for signal. If noise bothers you, this place isn't for you...it's LOUD. I'm used to kids playing and having fun, but the walls seem to bounce the sound more than normal. When kids went in the light room and screamed, it echoed through the entire place. As far as food, there are only snacks. They have a few drinks and snack items to purchase, but if you are looking for a meal, you will have to leave and come back. The employees were nice, but the amount of times I saw a kid get hurt or do things like bring a bike to the top level and try riding it, there didn't have anyone watching to make sure kids were being safe. I was on edge the majority if the time watching kids (not mine) that were on the verge of getting hurt or go back to their parent in tears. To me, this place is good if you are in their with your kiss and plan on spending a long time there...or special occasions.

Better than I thought it would be. I was expecting one of those insanely overstimulated,…read moreoverpacked, oversugared kid-energy kind of experiences but this was... pleasant? Dare I say, kind of fun? We went to a kids birthday party out this way, and when I say out this way, I mean it's a HAUL from where we are in the city. Try to keep track of the beige and uniform buildings as you go by, it feels like you're in an infinite loop of personality-less structures. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

If you have little kids Urban Air is where it's at for an indoor trampoline park…read more For someone as risk averse as I am, I'm probably just as surprised as you are that I'm giving it such high marks, but sometimes you need an indoor play place for kids and they all come with some risk. This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.
