The passageway goes to a separate room where kids can act out puppet shows and interact with movie making process. Lots of associates constantly walk around the floor refilling the tables and making sure kids are enjoying their time. When the session is about to end, they notify all the parents to head toward the exit.

I showed my ID for Shawnee residence proof and then paid. I got one life jacket for one child. We got there around 11 AM and I believe they open at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, all of the chairs that had umbrellas were taken by that time. The only reason I give it a four star is because they don't have enough chairs or umbrellas. Everything was clean and in good working order and they had a nice set up for the smaller kids. This pool is primarily for kids 12 and under or maybe even 10 and under. I did have a 12-year-old with me and she prefers the other Shawnee pool which is for older kids, but she still had fun. The lifeguards were excellent. They were always on point watching the small children and never strayed from that. They were actually much better than the larger pool and Shawnee that I went to several weeks ago. The only thing I didn't quite understand was that there was an area roped off for "swimming lessons" but I think it was really parents trying to teach their kids to swim, not any professional instructor. I was bringing my two year-old grandson into that pole and the life guard told me I couldn't do it because it was swimming lessons and it ends at 12:30. So maybe it was because he did not have a floaty on and I was holding him and that's why he didn't allow it because like I said it was just parents teaching their kids. So we just got out and enjoy the rest of the other area. In the future, I would go more around 2 PM or 3 PM. I do believe this pool closes at 6 PM which is about two hours earlier than the main pool. I didn't take photos because there were kids in every area and I don't feel comfortable taking photos of children that are in their bathing suits. So the only photo I've included is one of my grandchildren on a chair taking a break.

Also, seating was limited. There were lots of people just using chairs to store their items while in the water. So for people who had babies that needed to sit and feed them etc that was limited. Love that the tickets allow same day reentry but not a fan of the parking situation, it's a bit confusing but not terrible. Not enough to detour a visit but a heads up to prepare . If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.

If I lived in the area, I'd say a membership is totally worth it! We spent almost 4 hours here and we didn't get to see everything. 10 out of 10 recommend. One downside is, no outside food or drinks are allowed. I didn't see anywhere to buy food inside either, I could be wrong, but prepare or eat ahead!
