She offered us a package of $2500 for our wedding since we were only using it for an event from 7pm - 12am with an $1000 Deposit that would go to the bar after all paid. I paid $3801 in total in March 2020 way before agreed date for payment plan. After the first of the year we never heard from Britney again- only Mickey. With a pandemic at the foot of our wedding we had questions.. as would anyone. He told us if we had questions to see Jackson county health department for information... well I didn't pay Jackson county Health department I paid the Cotillion.. at any rate- we were told we would have this projected sign on the dance floor with our names on it- Mickey took a very long time to respond to any email and we were too late ordering our plate. We did a walkthrough a week before our event to cross the T's dot the I's.. where he then told us we owed taxes-- it's September I paid in full in March.. what? Went home found bank statements and contracts where said taxes were paid. Sent them to him with no response. He then tells us well we only had $500 on the open bar option.... my now husband emailed him as well as Britney to have everything in writing with again no response. We thought well he didn't respond to the tax bill and that was taken care of maybe he misplaced where Britney had told us our package-- Before signing our contract we were told we would have a wedding coordinator on site as well as a bartender, however our wedding coordinator and our bartender was the same person. We were told once we hit $950 Someone would come up and ask if we would like to put more money on the consumption bar or go to a cash bar.30 minutes into our wedding we were told by a guest that the bar was no longer open it was cash only. My nephew was charged six dollars for a sprite. Make sure you go over how much everything is at the bar as well. As my husband proceeded to lose his mind Mickey told us he was going to contact the owners came back and said it is what it is. Said he would get back with us with the owners information. It is now the Wednesday after our wedding and still have heard nothing.This was extremely embarrassing and ruined the first hour of her wedding. I suggest if you rent this venue for any event you get absolutely everything in writing. The venue is absolutely gorgeous minus the leaking of the AC unit all over our guests and into our drinks. But the people who run the thing are the absolute worst. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They had a larger baby/toddler area than some other play places and a decent size area for older kids. They have a room for planned parties and general seating for parents. I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.
