It wasn't crowded at all this time and my 5 and 9 year old had plenty to do. They got to play as many times as they wanted during the 3 hours. One of the staff even played 1 on 1 basketball with my son and that made him love the place even more. The only downside was the price. I wasn't expecting open gym to be $16 a person even with the bogo pass for 3 hours, so it was a little more than I thought it would be. But that definitely won't stop us from coming back. It's a great place to let the kids burn off some energy, and the two staff members I talked to were both really nice and helpful.

They had a larger baby/toddler area than some other play places and a decent size area for older kids. They have a room for planned parties and general seating for parents. I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

You can play and then come back again later that day and play again if you wanted for the all day pass. They have a cute jungle gym area with a few slides and things to climb and walk through. Ball bit and cute play areas where you can play with many different themed toys. Like play in a salon, ice cream truck, pet clinic, grocery store, bank, police station.
