I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

Also, we didn't need to purchase socks. It was just required to wear them which I thought was a huge plus. They had plenty of seating. They also had a baby and toddler area. They also had some go kart type motorcycles that were enclosed underneath the playset, but I'm assuming that you had to buy a special pass for those. This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.

You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. I kept looking for people who worked there and I only saw one other male teen walking around briefly and then start working behind the snack counter. My oldest granddaughter said there was one person watching the dodgeball area, but that was it. I think they do need more people that watch for infractions of the rules because those infractions tend to get other kids hurt. Also, some kids took over play areas and were on specific cloth swings for a whole hour when their rules when you sign in specifically say not to do that. I would say that the place is more suited for ages 10 and up because there were even quite a few teens there. Also, no one is really rotating the people out for the shorter play passes so the amount of kids just keeps getting larger.
