The real reason I chose this restaurant was the Chicken Rice Platter, and to say it delivered would be an understatement. There's a spot in Houston I used to visit just for this exact dish, and this version absolutely blew it out of the park. A solid 10/10. The chicken tasted like it was rotisserie-style, with a beautifully seasoned crust on the outside and juicy, tender white meat inside. It's served over fragrant yellow rice, topped with a rich white sauce, and paired with a fresh cucumber salad on the side. Hands down, my favorite dish of the night. Next up was the Beef Nihari, served with naan and yellow rice, along with the Karachi Chicken Biryani. The Beef Nihari is a thick, deeply seasoned beef stew with generous chunks of fall-apart tender meat. It's hearty, comforting, and packed with flavor. The warm, fluffy, pillowy naan was perfect for soaking up that rich broth. Paired with yellow rice, it makes for a seriously satisfying meal.
