The hospitality of the customer service was horrible the moment my mother and I walked in. We got our pedicures first with not nice customer service, and a weak foot massage; however, very good looking toes. Because of the quality of our polish, we decided to get our manicures done. The staff continued to have some kind of attitude with us. They barely gave a massage on our hands. The cherry on top was that the woman doing my nails cut my cuticles so deep on my ring finger and thumb that I kept bleeding, and she kept tapping my cuticles with paper towels, and saying "I'm sorry" again and again without any sincerity behind it. DO NOT GO HERE. So unprofessional and dishonest about the services they offer. I called beforehand and asked if they could do a hard design, which they said they could. I drove 30 minutes to get my nails done, and not only did they fail to do the design because they couldn't, but they also called my suggestions "stupid." I'm not sure of the name of the person who did the nails, but he is a guy. He ended up not being able to do the design I wanted, so I asked for just a solid color. Then, he charged me more than the solid color price because I gave him a hassle. When I explained that I shouldn't be charged for a service I didn't receive, he said to pay or he'd call the cops. If I could give zero stars I would. I got a gelx set and the extensions had air bubbles under them, some were not straight, and my cuticles were cut several times. I went back to get them fixed and was told there are no air bubbles even though you could clearly see them. I was cut two more times when I went to get them fixed. read more

I would avoid this nail salon today when I went in I was very disappointed first started off with my pedicure instead of using the cuticle cutters to clean my nail beds. They use the drill. The girl didn't speak English so when I asked about it, she just laughed. Then when I got my nails done and another man did my nails, and he was in a really bad mood, slamming things around. He jerked my hand around and was very rough in a hurry. Did not do a very good job then when I picked the color he had gotten the wrong color. I told him that's not the color that I picked, and he became very angry got up, went and grabbed the samples and threw them on the counter. He had already painted two nails he was talking really mean in another language so I just said that color is fine and got stuck with that color Because he was too aggressive to ask him to change it. Then when I went to go pay, they charged an extra five dollars for my feet to remove the polish and an extra five dollars to remove the polish off my fingers. I thought that was ridiculous because it's always been included in the price It's not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last. This place is definitely not a spa. read more

I have been three times now trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it has gotten worse each time. Every time my cuticles get cut and bleed. This last time, not only did she cut three of my cuticles, she messed the dip up and got it all over my cuticles as well. Over the phone the man said he would remove/fix the nails no charge was stated, but when I arrived to the salon their suggestion was to fill the gaps between my nails with glue (These are very large visible gaps). When I simply requested removal after I realized they were not going to fix them, they said removal was $15. read more

A week ago and got dip powder on my natural nails, the tech had to remove the product from my previous set ( to which I got there as well) and instead of filing down and soaking off he removed them with a tip and ended up ripping one of my natural nails. I would give them no stars if I could. I went in there to get a full set with my sister and the lady started gluing my nails and in the middle of it she stops to go do someone's toes. And the nails she glued on were bending in half and fell off right after she glued them, after I waited 30 mins passed my scheduled time. Tried this place out as my regular nail salon closed down. A gentlemen did my pedicure and manicure and did a really great job. I gave it one less star because I got gel and one finger was already chipped 2 days later and 4 were chipped a week after getting it done which is disappointing as gel should last close to 2 weeks. Overall, I would go again for a regular mani/pedi but not for gel. Also, this place is BUSY on weekends. They have like 12 pedicure chairs and at least 10 filled entire time I was there. First & last time here. I wanted to walk out as soon as he started filing my nails down removing my gel / acrylic & I didn't because It was already a last resort w/ my nails done. I addressed that the gel paint was way to thick and bubbly. It needed filled in , was rigid & cakey. He did not understand nor see fault in his work at all and just painted over my French tip w white super messy not cleaned up and hands me my hand back and says here like that and I was literally speechless.. I said uhm yeah that looks better but you are not gonna leave it like that right ? & then proceeds to do the same thing to all my other nails and then cleans them up. I made an appointment through the business online booking system for 6 pm for a pedicure and manicure. Received a call asking me to come 30 minutes early. I arrived and was rushed to my pedicure chair by two employees. One employee notified me that she would be doing my nails at the same time as my pedicure. I made this appointment because I am 9 months pregnant and was looking to relax ahead of having my baby. A pillow was placed on my lap to hold and my massage chair was turned off so that I would not move. Instead of moving from side to side, the employee doing my manicure had me cross my arm all the way across my body while still having to keep my feet still while being painted- not comfortable or easy at 9 months pregnant. My pedicure was completed in about 20 minutes with incomplete removal of my previous color and sloppy application of new gel. At one point, there were 4 employees surrounding me trying to rush through the service, handing each other supplies and switching places, one even taking over and removing gel the previous had applied. the total length of my service was 35 minutes and I was made to feel completely uncomfortable. I've been coming to this salon for years and never had an issue but this incident was enough to make me not want to ever return. Upon leaving, I checked the door and website to ensure that I had not mistakenly made an appointment after closing. Closing time was 7pm and I was in the salon from 5:35-6:10. I'm not sure why the salon was closing early or why they were rushing my service, but I would have much rather they had me reschedule my appointment to a time where they could actually perform an adequate service rather than make me feel extremely uncomfortable being there and leaving with a terrible manicure and pedicure. read more

The guy who did my nails did good, but he wouldn't listen to what I wanted and tried to convince me to do something else, and he got glue all over my fingers. I got a full set of acrylics and asked for a specific color and they pointed out a different one that would work but while he was getting ready, I asked if I could actually do a powder instead and he told me I could only do a gel because it looks better. I felt very pressured and overall it wasn't the best experience. I've gotten my nails done before and I get my nails done every so often so I'm not new to the experience.
